JLS is a top notch crew, from start to finish. They completed a remodel project for us in Jan 2020 on budget and on time. Some of the outputs that they fit into our budget included taking out two unsightly fireplaces and fixing structural issues and roof with that, remaking over my sons bedroom with a good size closet and our downstairs family area, and remaking over our master bathroom completely...and those are just the high points! We are currently in future bidding stage with them for additional changes to the home...this time structural and involving the roof...also not small in scope! Rather than dreading having the crew come back, or even the process of bidding, they are truly a delight to work with. Greg and Scott are amazing, as well as all the great folks on their team. We highly recommend them!

JLS helped us turn our two story dining room into a gym upstairs. They were easy to work with and extremely professional. We lived in the house while they did the remodel and I was amazed how clean they left the work area every day before they left, While we were living in construction they did an excellent job to make it so we were not inconvenienced in our daily life. The final project looks amazing and everyone that comes over thinks it is original as the quality of their work was perfect. They had to tie into existing textured walls and even knowing exactly where the tie in is it is impossible to see the transition. I would highly recommend JLS to my friends and will definitely use them again on our next remodel. This is our first house so my wife was nervous doing such a large project right after closing on the sale. JLS kept to the planned schedule and made the entire process easy.

Scott and Gregg are the utmost professionals and I am extremely pleased with our custom home project. They are professional, extremely detail oriented, and pursue a high level of fit and finish. They also do a great job of communicating with home owners and can help someone easily navigate the home renovation/home construction process. JLS did a complete remodel of our 1960's mid-century modern home. We wanted to work with a company that would maintain the look, feel and integrity of the architectural structure, but have all the modern features. Our job ended up being a 7 months from start to finish. JLS provided a full scope program and thorough planning, permitting and project managemnt. The attention to detail was very high, and they stuck to the scope of the project. We ended up living in our house while construction was happening, they worked around us very well and all of there subcontractors were great. The jobsite (our house) was always cleaned up as best as could be every evening. I would say they are great at communicating, we always knew what was next, and they listend to our expectations and exceeded them. We felt comfortable with our kids being around they were always considerate of everyone in our family. We were also very pleased by the way they presented phase and total project costs - it was always very clear the job it was always very clear about what we were paying for We really enjoyed working with them and really highly recommend working with JLS.

JLS took over a project that was half done and did an amazing job of sorting out problems with the job. Their expertise and knowledge was very impressive. They paid attention to detail and were prompt and courteous throughout the entire project. They are a professional and honest company. We would highly recommend them and would use them again.

JLS remodeled our older house: - replaced all doors and skylights; - replaced drywall, ceilings, floors, and all window, door and baseboard trimmings; - updated the electrical system; - painted the interior. JLS was timely, professional, friendly and easy to work with. They were very organized, clean, and the work was completed as planned and slightly under budget. I am very happy with their work and I would highly recommend them.

We hired JLS for a complete remodel of our house. The project lasted 18 months and cost nearly $2m. We could not have been happier with the work. The quality was outstanding, deadlines were consistently met, and the pricing was fair. We would and likely will hire them again.

We hired JLS construction to complete a major remodel of our home including kitchen, master bedroom/master bathroom and the conversion of a sundeck into new interior space and open deck. Although we had an architect involved in the project, Scott and Gregg were extremely helpful in both the design and execution of the project, trouble shooting issues overlooked by the architect and making sure things were done properly, both structurally and aesthetically. They were always willing to "go the extra mile" to research problems or discuss issues directly with our engineers. All of the workers hired by JLS were courteous, pleasant and respectful of our property. The job site was always kept neat and organized with safety in mind. Scott and Gregg were extremely prompt in responding to phone calls, texts or emails and answered questions honestly and thoroughly. Where it was in their control, things were kept on schedule with our budget in mind. They helped us achieve our vision. Highly recommend this company!
