James and his team did exceptional work and provided equally exceptional customer service. They were in regular contact with me regarding schedule, logistics, and next steps, arrived timely or advised of delays, and were always polite, respectful, and professional. It was also clear that James has built a strong team as the trades that did work in the home (plumbing, stone, and painters) worked seamlessly with his primary PM and had excellent rapport with one another. My experience with his suppliers during the selection process (stone, tile, and fixtures) was equally impressive. Further, his pricing was more than competitive and explained in detail during the initial phase of the process. I am extremely pleased with the final products that included a complete refresh of my master bath and tile work in a guest bath. I would not hesitate to work with James and his team again and recommend him to others, which I have already done.

J. Martin Company just finished remodeling our master bathroom and we are overjoyed with the results. The team was all first class and extremely talented. They always over delivered. Our project manager John came in and single handedly blew us away with the speed and cleanliness of the job every day through the whole project. John talked us through each step of the process, listened to our desires and then implemented our vision. From John, to Jamie (tile), Patrick (paint), and the plumbers, everyone was kind, friendly, easy to work with, very communicative, and incredibly gifted at their profession. The entire process was supremely easy and quick. They helped keep us under budget and we finished 2 weeks early, overcoming an ice storm and some health issues. The end result was that my wife got her dream bathroom. We would highly recommend J. Martin Company to anyone looking to have work done to their home.

J Martin Company did an amazing job on our master bath remodel! From start to finish, James and his team did first class work. Actually, even better. I couldn’t believe all the attention to detail and quality, all the woodwork, cabinets, vanity base, made from scratch and a lot of little things that make you smile! James was great to work with, always coming by to check on each phase of the job, always available to call or text. A lot of contractors are never seen after they get your check. All the subcontractors, especially Jon, were great, working fast and hard all the time. These days, with supply shortages And, manpower shortages, it was great to work with a team that was skilled and had experience, not whoever the boss could find on the street that day!! Excellent local company. There’s a reason they’ve been in business as long as they have. We hired them to create a new bathroom for us. They handled everything from design to materials to the actual work- it was totally turnkey. They crew was timely and respectful and their work is outstanding. We can’t wait for our next project with them!

We had a complete remodel of our kitchen, down to the studs! The job consisted of tearing out the old small pantry, converting a small powder room into a walk in pantry, new cabinets, island, counters, backsplash, and paint and trip throughout the kitchen and family room, etc.. James and company did an absolute fantastic job! We will be doing our master bathroom as well, and I would go with anyone else but James.

I own an interior design firm in Dallas/Ft Worth have have worked closely with James on several remodel projects. I have not only been very pleased in the quality and integrity J Matin Company exudes, but their level of service and communication is second to none. J. Martin Company has completed 3 projects for me and I could not be more pleased with their work. They remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom, & built custom bookshelves for my library. From the initial contact I had with them through the end of the projects they were proactive in their communication, upfront about costs involved, and trustworthy. They weren’t the lowest bid but one of the reasons I went with them was because of the amount of detail James provided in my estimate. I was also impressed that he didn’t use hard pressure sales tactics or try to upsell me through the process. The first project J. Martin Company did for me was my kitchen which included wallpaper removal, drywall, texture, painting and trim, backsplash, wood flooring, new sink, & cabinet hardware. Everyone who came into my home was respectful of my family, our dogs, and property. I was impressed how everyone worked together in their various roles. All of the sub contractors were on time and cleaned up very well. The kitchen was completed in about 3 weeks, which was much quicker that what I expected. A few months later I decided to call them back to do my master bathroom remodel. It involved cabinet refinishing, wall paper removal, painting, new countertops, new fixtures, plumbing, & lighting. I really appreciated the help Allie offered during the selection process. She did a great job providing suggestions to stay within budget. She even went with me to shop for the sink, faucets, countertops, lighting, etc. and the experience was extremely efficient. My bathroom was completed in about 4 weeks. The third project J. Martin Company did for me was custom bookshelves for my reading room. Their cabinetry is hands down the finest quality available. I plan to use J. Martin Company for my future remodeling needs. Each project they did for me was within budget and agreed upon timeframes. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a project done. They are very good at what they do and are a pleasure to work with.

I was going to have a mother's suite/conversion done to my downstairs. Mr. Martin listened to all of our desires and came up with several plans. He did several re-designs as my Mom changed her wishes without any problems stating she was the one that had to be happy. He was always on time, kept in contact and always had good suggestions. Unfortunately for us my Mom decided to choose a retirement community where it also had all levels of care offered in her own state after all the time Mr. Martin put in for us. He was very, very understanding and nice about us not doing any work with him.
