* As a general rule, I charge a flat rate of $60.00 per hour ( Plus parts and Materials ) for all the Honey-do lists, punch-out list and any miscellaneous task, etc. Any miscellaneous service calls request or any small task that takes less than 1 hour to complete there is a flat rate of $75.00 minimum.
* We also give the option of doing the whole job as a one set price, instead of by-the-hour rate depending on the work scope of job.
