My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lighting First has been proudly serving the Southwest Florida community since 1984. The business began with an un-air conditioned warehouse in East Naples selling only table lamps. Thanks to your continued and growing support, many things have changed since that time. We now have three beautiful showrooms in Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers. Our product offering has grown well beyond just table lamps and we provide many services that complement our offering. What hasn't changed is our commitment to you, our customer: Our objective is to provide our customers with the best value in residential and contract lighting, ceiling fans and home decor. We want to be your first choice for the products and services we offer. Over-priced products, don't take responsibility for rectifying problems, still haven't problems with simple functions like dimmer switches (something I've NEVER had in any of my homes in 30+ years), even after spending thousands of dollars on their products and installation costs. They charge a premium for install, could never and will never recommend them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, too many other good high quality options around Naples.

Lighting First includes a complementary 1-year service warranty with all in-house installations and we work diligently until each project is complete and fully functional. After speaking with the customer on the phone we were regrettably unable to reach an understanding and the customer has asked us to not help solve his dimming problem.

Unfortunately electrical problems have recently been discovered at Kalea Bay, where this product was installed, and parties such as FPL are investigating a solution. These electrical issues directly affect the ability of LED fixtures to dim properly and are beyond our control as an installation company.

In response to the pricing of our products, we seek to provide the best pricing in relation to the internet and our local competitors. We meet or beat any published price. Commitment to customer service and value has made us successful in Southwest Florida for over 30 years of operation.
