We wanted to do a 2nd story addition, 1st floor remodel, and ADU conversion with a relatively tight budget in the fastest possible time. JNO rose to the challenge, delivering on schedule and keeping costs under control. They also had great attention to detail and made sure we got quality results. We really appreciated that Oren and Jason were so involved thought the project and quick to respond to issues. We are extremely happy with our new house!

I spoke to a few general contractors before starting my complete condo remodel, and I decided to go with JNO Construction because of their thorough knowledge of the process and their competitive pricing. I couldn't be happier with my choice. We knocked down two load-bearing walls, and when we ran into hurdles along the way, they were quick with solutions. The complete electrical overhaul went smoothly, and painting has been effortless. Oren, Jason, and Franco were always available to me when I had questions or needed an update. I couldn't recommend them enough. The place looks incredible!

As an interior designer I look for 3 things in the professionals I hire for the job. He or she must be reliable, dependable and professional. JNO met all 3 of my criteria. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I remodel a very complex shape master bathroom. Most of the previous contractors guide us in a very expensive choices. Oren was highly recommended by our Relator. I was referred to JNO by someone that worked with Jason in the past and I'm so happy that I took their advice because I couldn't be happier. He was so professional, on time, and the quality of work was excellent. I remodeled my kitchen, master bathroom, and 2 guest bathrooms. Our project included a master bath, a guest bath, a walk-in closet and two smaller closets. My husband and I interviewed 4 contractors and it came down to JNO Construction and another firm. Jason won us over with his significant added-value in the design aspect. The other contractor was competent and both bids were similar cost-wise except it was Jason and Oren who showed us a way to reconfigure the master bath in such as way as to maximize both the aesthetic and the functionality of the bathroom. The result was an amazing marble master bath and we are thankful we went with JNO Construction and Design. In fact all through the project Jason and Oren added suggestions about how to make the final product both beautiful and classy, all while staying within the budget. The actual construction phase went very smoothly primarily due to their first rate tradesmen and workers. From the marble tile work to the difficult plumbing re-configuring we thought their workers were absolutely wonderful! Quality people who respected our home and tolerated my daily presence with great attitudes. Everybody showed up on time and worked hard all day. It gave us strong confidence in their problem-solving abilities when problems arose (as they always do in such projects). Communication and call backs were very reliable; both Jason and Oren were professional and calming during the whole process. The budget was respected and the project finished about two weeks later than we'd have liked but to be honest the delay was unavoidable. In sum; Quality people; Great Value; fantastic work product; admirable professionalism by everyone involved. Five stars!
