A Perfect Placement

What a pleasure it has been to work with Joanne Chmura at A Perfect Placement on our recent home remodel! We purchased a 45 year old house in need of updating. Joanne started with us by visiting the house we were leaving to get a sense of our preferences and how we live, help us decide which furnishings to keep and where to start fresh. She worked with us every step of the way in selecting paint colors, floor stain and furniture for our new house, designing bathroom remodeling plans and proposing building materials, including truly beautiful tile and plumbing fixtures. She has relationships with so many suppliers in our area that she was able to save us a tremendous amount of time and money and the suppliers were all so eager to assist me when I said I was working with A Perfect Placement! Joanne's attention to detail, eye for color, sensitivity to budgets and keen sense of design and function were all critical to our remodeling success. She worked with my contractors and saved us many thousands of dollars throughout this process. We accomplished so much more in less time with her assistance than we ever could have done without her that I can honestly say we couldn't have done it without her!

I have worked with Joanne for years. She is so pleasant to work with. She gets to know your likes and dislikes and works with you-never puts her opinions over yours. She will do everything from small to large projects. I call her for everything since I am the type to obsess over the little stuff-she simplifies things for me. You will love working with her. Our first project was in 2006, the last one was October 2016.

Joanne has an incredible eye for color and turned the interior of our all white house into a beautiful, inviting, and warm place we can call home. She is truly exceptional at what she does.

We have been working with Joanne from A Perfect Placement since we moved into our new home about 5 years ago. We had several rooms with very awkward layouts. Joanne was able to design the rooms so that they layout was not only beautiful to look at, but functional as well. Joanne designed a beautiful master bedroom from start to finish including layout, picking carpet and furniture, paint colors, bedding and decorative finishing details. Joanne also turned our messy library into a beautiful space just using the items we had in there already. She has also picked all the colors on our walls and ceiling throughout the house that flow perfectly from room to room. Our entry room coat closet build came out beautiful and functional. We are planning on having Joanne help us with our kitchen next...can't wait! Joanne has such an eye for color, layout and design!

Joanne Hans Chmura owner of A Perfect Placement has helped us with numerous rooms in our home.
