Tanisha and Denise make an amazing team, we are thrilled with the results! We wanted to furnish our living room with a very unique "vibe". We wanted bold colors, but not brash. We wanted it to have character, but we didn't want it to be gaudy. We wanted character, but not kitschy. After sending Pinterest boards back and forth to each other, Tanisha was able to zero in on the aesthetic that we were looking for. After a few back and forths, I remember she sent us a Pinterest board and she said, "let me guess: you like this set up, but you don't like this piece because it's too loud. But you like the rest of it, right?" It's like she was in our head! Tanisha and Denise made this whole process fun! They challenged us to be creative, but reeled us in when what we wanted probably wouldn't have worked out as nice as we would have thought. They provided the perfect balance =) Their team put together a few 3D renderings, and completely nailed it. Then they started sourcing all the pieces that would become our new living room. It was a complex job, with some pieces coming from as far as Egypt! With a job this big, and the political climate being what it is (tariffs), we expected hiccups along the way. Their team informed us of the delays as they happened, and we felt up to date the whole time. We had different contractors come and help with the project, some for flooring, others for painting and tiles, another for wallpaper. Denise helped us manage the different contractors, invoices, and visited the job site several times to make sure everything was done well and held up to the strictest standards. Me and my wife both work, and Tanisha and Denise were SUPER flexible and patient with our availability. We are so thankful they were able to work within the confines of our busy schedule. We never felt rushed, and they still managed to keep us on track and within our budget. I could not recommend them enough! We will definitely be using them again, once we save up enough money for our next project ;)

Our project was very extensive as it was a tear-down and re-build and thus we wanted to ensure we were on the right track for our dream home, located in LA County and looked into hiring an Interior Designer. After discussing our project with a few Orange County designers from the ASID website, we came across JOFER and liked that there was a Long Beach connection. From there we made contact, met both Tanisha and Denise and knew this was the right path. We had an instant connection and they were able to lay out an idea of what would transpire over the project timeline. They presented their role as both project management and interior design. We began the journey with discussing what each space will look like going off of our personalities and interests. From there they were able to create a rendering/design board of the vision of each space. Once we agreed on each space then it was time to start the selections for those spaces. The project not only included the "final design touches" but includes the vast selection of flooring, bedding, window treatment, fixtures, furniture and appliances. The selection process was made manageable through the assistance of on-site review for critical items as well as online for more non-critical items. We had to remain flexible during this process as you can run into situations of vendor supply chain issues, out-of-stock, or even incompatibility to your current build. We experienced this when we selected flooring and found that being above grade meant certain flooring options were not possible. The team was quick to find us an alternate solution and we are in LOVE with our selected flooring. After the house was built, and the selected items were being installed, we would get an urgent request from our Contractor for certain fixtures, etc. The JOFER team was on it. They were in constant contact with us and even showed up to jobsite to ensure the items were what we selected. It provided that support that you need during a time of "all things happening at once". Each of the vendors used during this process with JOFER, were not only professional in their work, but in their work ethic. From the window treatment to the custom furniture and bedding. We have had nothing short of top notch quality. After our hired Contractors work was complete, we still had items that we were interested in finalizing before we proceeded with final design work. The JOFER Team provided a Contractor to assist with all items and led until the project completion. Their hired contractor was nothing short of a hard worker with great results. Then came the day to start preparing for "finishing" the spaces to represent our design boards. JOFER was shopping and ordering and delivering and the entire time both JOFER and ourselves remained flexible due to any unexpected damages or returns. It was such a smooth process and I will always be so grateful to the team for providing us a home that we can cherish for years to come.

My wife and I have used this company a few times now for various projects, and our experience has always been the same...easy. Receiving excellent customer service from service companies seems to get harder and harder as industries evolve, however the service we have received from this company is always consistent. We have used Denny's services for our kitchen redesign, flooring, and both bathroom renos, and absolutely love everything they have done. The communication is quick, they do what they say they will do, and work with you to balance needs, wants, costs, etc. I would recommend this company wholeheartedly and without reservation...thank you Denny for all of your help!

I recently gave our home in Laguna Niguel an overdue refresh—it hadn’t been updated in nearly 20 years. Denise and her team were incredible throughout the process. Not only did they connect us with a dependable painting contractor, but they also offered great advice on a color scheme that would suit both our taste and HOA guidelines. Allan and his crew did an amazing job transforming the house obligingly and professionally. They communicated clearly, accommodated our vision, and came up with smart solutions when needed. I used Johnson + Fernandez Interior Design for my entire home. We started with the downstairs area. The designers were very professional and listened to my needs without being pushy or demanding. If I thought I wanted something ( like wallpaper), they did not go off when I changed to a paint color. They simply made the adjustment. They set timely expectations of the process, cost, and the ability to shift when applicable. Completing the upstairs was just as professional. These ladies are customer service oriented and they believe in bringing life to a vision of what I knew I could have as a living space.

Having gone through renovations and additions in the past, my husband and I knew before we started our kitchen project that we were going to need a designer for this big undertaking. It was obvious after our previous projects we needed someone who could help design, maintain organization and keep our project on schedule. We interviewed multiple companies to not only find someone who we felt had an eye for design but also someone who would listen to us and collaborate. With JF Design, we didn’t just get one designer we were fortunate enough to find two amazing women who are filled with creativity, design, construction knowledge, and organization. Dealing with Denny and Tanisha was so refreshing, because we had two designers and project managers who listened to us and offered multiple ideas and insights each step of the way. Once we were able to nail down the design, JF Design brought our dreams into reality. They showed us a couple renderings of our ideas and helped us change and tweak all the details until we found what we wanted. Once the design was in place, the fun began for us and the management for JF Design. Denny and Tanisha were quick to get bids for the contractors and samples for all the elements of the kitchen. They walked us through each step of the way, and we felt very comfortable with how things were handled and were moving along. With every design detail JF Design was always ahead of the game. They offered us options and solutions in addition to accepting or even expanding on our desires. As with any project, challenges presented themselves during the process, but we never had to worry. Denny and Tanisha are proactive and they handle every situation with professionalism and efficiency! This design duo has seen it all and we highly recommend this team to anyone who is looking to elevate their space!

My husband found Jofer Design on Houzz along with a couple other design companies. It took one conversation and I immediately went with them! I instantly felt good about Jofer and we easily communicated right from the start. We had had a flood in our kitchen and needed to do a full reno. Since it wasn’t our timing I was clear with them that we couldn’t afford to do a huge demo and they respected our budget and never discussed anything that we couldn’t do. I had never worked with a designer before and loved the process. They helped me pick out design and product choices. I am so pleasantly pleased with my kitchen now that it is all finished. It has surpassed my initial vision. I am hoping to use Jofer in the near future to tackle other areas of my house.

My wife and I have lived in our Anaheim Hills home for over 35 years. We had remodeled the kitchen about 10 years ago or so and had a recent insurance claim where there was tare damage done to the space. These ladies came in and saved the day! These ladies have been with me for years ever since my Newport Coast home. I am a very busy individual and they assisted with furnishing my space even with my hectic lifestyle. I would travel back and froth from Nevada where I owned numerous business ventures. They were so patient with me and with my two kids. They turned our house into a home, and I looked forward to enjoying my time there with my kiddos when I wasn't traveling. Once I relocated and settled into Newport Beach when I bought my now home, Denise and Tanisha were able to execute the same concept for me. They incorporated all of my artwork and family heirlooms into my new home. Makes it just special and its inviting to all our friends and family that visit. My kids love their own individual spaces where they had creative freedom. These ladies are just an absolute pleasure to work with, hands down!

I have worked with Tanisha on 3 fairly large projects, one an entire new home in Palm Springs, and she is fantastic to deal with. She can turn a vision into reality, and has all the resources and connections to design and create anything you throw at her. She is uber creative as well as very knowledgeable on the principles of good design. She is always spot on with budget and timeline and is invaluable in interfacing with the construction crew. I have worked with a handful of designers and there is no one near the caliber of Tanisha and her team. Her unique design process is easy and effective in defining what you want when you don't even know yourself. You can't go wrong with this design team, the only hard part will be getting on their schedule!

The design services provided by Tanisha was beyond excellent. She listened to my needs and helped stay within my budget without having to compromise on my look i was trying to achieve. The Divas did an excellent job assisting us in decorating our new home ,,, choosing fabrics, color scheme, artwork, lighting, and new furniture, Their invaluable experience helped us avoid making some disastrous decisions regarding some purchases.
