The Creative Kitchen Company

The entire process was great - from sharing my inspiration and ideas to picking out countertops, cabinets, knobs and all of the functional fixes my kitchen really needed - I love my kitchen so much! Thank you to the Creative Kitchen Co team for creating this beautiful kitchen. Next up - master bath!

What a difference refacing our outdated kitchen cabinets has made! The kitchen is much brighter, more up-to-date and seems larger. Several "exploratory" meetings with Boni, our rep and designer, finalized decisions on style and color as well as functional enhancements such as pull out drawer boxes in lower cabinets. Prior to installation, I had the opportunity to meet the owners who further increased my comfort level of doing business with The Creative Kitchen Company. Rod was our installer and was super easy to work with. But more importantly, he is a real craftsman and perfectionist. His workmanship shows in the final product, and is also evident in the little details that would go un-noticed. The project was completed in 4 1/2 consecutive days and at the end of each work day, the kitchen was cleaned up so that we could function as normal in our kitchen. Following completion, Boni returned for a final walk through, and also helped us choose paint colors for the walls. I also have to give a "shout out" to Hannah who is the scheduler, receptionist and "Jill of all trades". We had several visits to the showroom and numerous conversations and she was always upbeat, friendly and got messages to the right people. From beginning to completion, we were highly satisfied with the people, the process, the results and highly recommend The Creative Kitchen Company. They offer a wide range of services from refacing to complete kitchen remodeling.

John and his project Manager, Trevor, have been amazing to work with. We completed our kitchen/bathroom/laundry room remodel in 2024. It's absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is high-level in it's detail and professionalism. After the remodel, we contacted Creative Kitchen to touch up a few items that you only discover once we were up and running again. A quick call to Trevor, and workmen were there the next day As well, we had a leak from our upstairs bathtub to our kitchen and thought maybe this, too, was related to the remodel. Jason and Aaron came right out and discovered the leak came from a worn out seal from the tub - nothing related to the remodel - and they fixed it anyway. I HIGHLY recommend Creative Kitchen and look forward to using them again for our primary bathroom! Superior quality, superior integrity.

Fantastic all around - really great crew, great selections, and great service. Thank you, we love our new kitchen!

Creative Kitchen did a great job with our kitchen remodel. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They were responsive to our requests and made sure we were 100% satisfied before closing out the project. I would highly recommend Creative Kitchen!

We completed a kitchen remodel one year ago with CKC, and our kitchen remodel still looks immaculate! We are so thrilled with the beautiful space they created, and we could not believe how well a contractor stuck to the timeline we were originally proposed. Since the project wrapped up, we haven’t had any issues or concerns come up, and I think that speaks a lot to the quality of work done by CKC. They don’t take shortcuts and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the product. The response time by the owners, office staff and craftsmen is fantastic. They listen to and respect their customers, and it is an unbelievably efficient, organized, and collaborative process. We really enjoyed and trusted all of the people who came to work on our project, and we would endorse CKC to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience getting our kitchen and basement (with wet bar) renovated! Both areas are now far more functional, enjoyable and up to date aesthetically. The team at CKC are fantastic! From reception, design support, operations, and team on site doing the work - all were responsive, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. We stayed on budget and had clear communication throughout to deal with things as they came up during the process. We’ve been living in the spaces a few months now and love them!

After obtaining quotes and discussing options for a new kitchen with other companies, we came across the Creative Kitchen and the many positive reviews, so we decided to give them a visit. We are so glad we did. We replaced all of our kitchen cabinets and counters, as well as adding many new cabinets and counter space, and we are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. Everyone one we worked with from John, Jared, Blady, Will, Aaron, Conner, Trevor, Hannah and Jonetta were extremely professional, caring and willing to help us with very helpful recommendations. We had a couple of small hiccups which were immediately corrected. Our kitchen was completed on budget. We would definitely recommend them! One of the best companies we have ever worked with!

We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen! The Creative Kitchen listened to our ideas and executed them perfectly. When they ran into an issue with a load bearing beam, they lived up to their name and got creative and kept the project moving. Everyone involved was polite and professional. They did such a good job that we had them do our bathroom too!

My wife and I have been wanting to get rid of our old outdated honey oak kitchen cabinets as well as add a backsplash to brighten things up. We went to two local resurfacing companies, the 1st one we went to sat us down in a little room to show us a video of what their company does, etc, and that most kitchen remodels & resurfacing jobs cost around $20k-$50k. It seems like they were trying to soften the blow. So we tell them what they want, they said they were very busy and that they would contact us with a quote in a couple weeks!? We never hear from them again. We then went to The Creative Kitchen Co which is fairly close to our house. We selected our new cabinets from their huge collection of wood types, colors and styles, as well as a huge selection of cabinet pulls, which they have examples in their showroom. We were not sure about the coloring but they were kind enough to order a sample of the specific wood type and finish so that we can take it home and make sure it was what we wanted. Turned out to match our kitchen perfectly! We then scheduled the measuring and they came out shortly there after to measure and gave us a quote the same day! The cabinet/drawer faces and hardware were put on order and when they came in they were able to squeeze us in between their other larger jobs. We are very pleased with the quality of personalized service and the quality of the installation and materials. Its like a brand new kitchen now, and much less than "$20k-50k" estimated from the 1st company. Put your trust in The Creative Kitchen, they will treat you like family!

We have the kitchen of our dreams and The Creative Kitchen Co. to thank for it. From the design process through the completion of our kitchen, we have been beyond impressed with The Creative Kitchen Co. Boni’s eye for design and thoughtful suggestions ensured that our kitchen design went beyond our expectations. The office support team was always responsive and handled all the details. Once construction started, we had consistent contractors in our home that worked hard, were friendly, cared about our experience, and were communicative throughout. We had minor issues here or there, which we expected, and The Creative Kitchen Co. handled them with professionalism and urgency. We are so grateful that we found The Creative Kitchen Co! We would select them again and LOVE our new kitchen.

Our experience with The Creative Kitchen Company was great. They were back quickly with a reasonable estimate for our kitchen remodel. They were easy to work with, finished our project quicly and it looks great. Highly recommend.

We loved our experience with the Creative Kitchen Co. We remodeled two of our bathrooms and refaced the kitchen. Boni, Brian and their teams were responsive to our questions, and the teams did amazing work! We couldn't recommend the company more! Thanks again!

We did a full kitchen renovation with the Creative Kitchen Company. We specifically worked with John Hardesty, one of the owners of the company. We found him to be honest and thoughtful. He was transparent with pricing and I thought was very reasonably priced compared to other companies. The work was high quality and John examined the work himself to ensure it was done to his standard. Overall, just a hood and ethical company who I would be happy to work with again.

We recently hired The Creative Kitchen Company to reface our kitchen cabinets and island. They did not disappoint! Rod and John are amazing, very meticulous throughout the process. Owner Jared and staff were on top of everything from start to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a great experience with The Creative Kitchen Co. They designed what they thought would work/look the best for our space and we fell in love with their vision immediately. They then turned that vision into a reality and it turned out even better than we thought! The staff were all great to work with. One year later, we still love everything about our new kitchen.

We hired Creative Kitchen Company for our kitchen remodel. They were very supportive throughout the entire process - from helping us select designs, finishes, and especially fine-tuning the final product. We had a few hiccups with appliances and they were always so responsive to our concerns and did what they could to get the job done. Their work was high quality and they constantly were making sure we were happy with the work being done. While the renovation did take much longer than they quoted, I think that is pretty typical for projects like this. We love our new kitchen and would recommend to anyone.

They did a great job with quality work and a beautiful final product. They made the design process easy and offered creative ideas. Everyone we worked with was polite and professional and you can tell that each employee really wants to do a good job for you. We had some communication issues throughout, which is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I would hire them again.

We have lived in our home for 14 years and we were tired of a dysfunctional kitchen. We both love to cook and wanted the kitchen of our dreams. After consulting with several companies, we were either taken back by the price or not fond of the design. We didn't think our dream would come true. That's when we decided to give the Creative Kitchen Company a try. After one call, we were quickly impressed with what we heard and decided to schedule a consultation. We presented our ideas and they were willing to listen to our wish list and work with us on a design. After a few minor changes, we came up with a design that we loved and was within our budget!! The entire staff and crew at The Creative Kitchen Company were amazing to work with and communication was fabulous. They are prompt, courteous and kept things on track throughout the entire process. We now have our dream kitchen thanks to The Creative Kitchen Company. Do not hesitate to give them a call for your remodeling needs. We absolutely love our new kitchen!!

Creative Kitchen company was an amazing partner in our kitchen remodel project. We worked together to make our vision come to life, John brought inventive solutions to us to best utilize our space and we settled on a transformative plan. The on-site team was professional and hardworking we were so impressed by the daily progress. The process was seamless and easy from start to finish and now we’re loving our new kitchen space where we spend so much time. Thanks Creative Kitchen for bringing it to life!

Completed our second project with Jared and the team, couldn't be happier with the results. Complete kitchen renovation - on budget, on time and open communication through the entire process. Would not hesitate to use them again and refer them anyone. You won't be disappointed!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with The Creative Kitchen Company! They exceeded expectations and we highly recommend them

I had a great experience with the Creative Kitchen Co. My kitchen renovation was fairly minor, but it was treated as though it were a big job. Jared and Jonetta made the process very easy & communicated effectively as we got started and throughout the project. All questions were welcome and answered quickly. It was easy to make special requests and to make decisions about what i would like my kitchen to be when it was all done. The quality of the work is fantastic - every detail taken into consideration. I'm very happy with my kitchen and the extra special care that was taken to make the overall experience great.

We had a great experience with The Creative Kitchen Company and would use them again. They worked to create a new Kitchen/Dining/living room for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. They offered design advice and were collaborative each time I added another project. Our space is beautiful!

The Creative Kitchen Company was just what we needed!!! We recently had a leak in our house and it required us to redo our kitchen. John was very thorough in his estimate and stuck to it throughout the whole reno. The work that was done is exactly how we imagined it! John and his crew were very easy to work with, pleasant and hard-working. Johh and Jonetta, The Creative Kitchen's contact person, were both very punctual in responding to calls/texts/emails. We will certainly use them again, if needed, and will for sure recommend them to others. Thanks for everything!

I can't say enough good things about this company. They were wonderful to deal with and made it as painless as possible. They also had great design ideas and really listened to want I wanted. The whole team is top notch. I recommend them to everyone.

Jared and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen renovation. Jared was very accountable - showed up several times throughout the job to check on the progress and help direct. He cares about making it right for the customer. The team onsite was very talented, put care into the work, and they showed up on-time every day. We had a very good experience with the team and the kitchen turned out better than I expected!

We love our new kitchen and turned out better than we dreamed! Their work is high quality and top notch. Great experience from start to finish. Very professional and responsive. Would recommend 100%

We had our kitchen remodeled recently and were very pleased with everything from the initial design to completion of the project. They stayed true to their timeline and budget discussed prior to the project. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy company.

To say we were impressed is an understatement. My wife and I are beyond ecstatic with the work that was done. Everyone at the CKCo were professional and easy to work with. The crew that did the work were upstanding great people. I would highly recommend!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. We were in a tight window to complete a full kitchen remodel and they completed it ahead of schedule (one month from demo to completion). The quality of the work is superb. And every person from the demo team to home office was great to work with. We looked at several other contractors (especially the well known large groups in Columbus) and Creative was less expensive, more responsive, and didn't require an absurd retainer for plans. John did whatever he could to keep our cost down and meet the needs of our budget. Trust me- this team is worth a call. My wife and I are extremely satisfied.

The Creative Kitchen Co went above our expectations for our kitchen renovation. We received estimates from a few companies and Jared and his team were extremely professional. We did a complete downstairs renovation, knocking down walls, removing flooring and expanding our kitchen. The real from Creative Kitchen arrived promptly between 7:30am and 8:00am everyday. When hiring Creative Kitchen, everything is done on an app on your phone. It makes it so seamless and transparent when working with the contractors. It shows what the team will be doing day by day, you can directly message the crew chief or owners of the company, and your invoices, estimates, etc, are all archived. We couldn’t say enough about Creative Kitchen. They made our dream kitchen a reality at a reasonable price for the quality and craftsmanship. We appreciated their work so much that we hired them back to do some more projects around the house. From the owners of the company, head contractor, everyday contractors, office staff, everyone was truly amazing to work with. This company has a strong work ethic and the moral fiber to match. Please do not have any hesitations about this company, they are the best in the business.

They were very professional, communicating well the whole time and helping out with materials and color decisions. The work was done quickly too. Most importantly the work was done well and looks great!

We had dreamed for years about changing our dark, dated little kitchen and strangely elevated dining room (you had to step up into it!), but couldn’t quite pull together a vision and a plan. Jared, Meghan, John and the crew at The Creative Kitchen Company instantly saw awesome possibilities – and then made it all happen. We now have a re-imagined space that’s as practical as it is pretty, with lots of flow and charm. (And no one falls out of our dining room anymore, even after a few drinks.) Everyone who had a hand in transforming our place was skilled, attentive to detail and willing to share a laugh. The Creative Kitchen folks take pride in their work and it showed.

We hired Creative Kitchen after I had interacted with them through another of their customers with my workplace. I found them extremely easy to communicate with, respectful and cooperative. I was eager to ask them to bid on our project and thrilled when their bid came in right in the mix. Throughout our remodel, they were upfront when they ran into unexpected situations (the house is 100 years old) and worked with us to solve every snag effectively and keeping in our budget. The end result was beautiful!

I went into this kitchen remodel with the assumption that we would most likely come in over budget and past the deadline. Not only were we very close to the initial quote (upgrades that I requested effected the final price), but we were done on time. The quality is top notch and the team is very respectful, timely and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better remodel!

All the stories you hear about contractors - not with The Creative Kitchen. They did a fantastic job on the major remodel project in our home. Project included reconfigured kitchen (removing walls), building a new laundry room and building a new fireplace and mantle. I highly recommend The Creative Kitchen.

We used Creative Kitchen in March 2017 to remodel our kitchen. 100% satisfaction is what we received! Very detailed in their workmanship and flawless when they were finished. Extremely respectful to our home and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted it. Even made suggestions of what would look even better. Went beyond just doing the job.......... ..........................They were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone that asked! Never once did they cut a corner or try to just make something work. They are perfectionists from the beginning to the end!

We hired the Creative Kitchen Company to come in and reface our dated oak cabinets, install a glass backsplash, and added a custom pantry. The quality of their work is exceptional. They were such a pleasure to work with. They were on time everyday and were dead on with their ETA to complete the project. They have a great eye for design and held our hand every step of the way. I had multiple companies provide quotes and they were by far the best and worth every penny. I would highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed.

We had an excellent experience working with The Creative Kitchen Company. They were quick to respond to calls, emails, and questions. They were very professional and easy to work with from the initial meeting to the end of the project! We completely remodeled our kitchen and also removed 2 walls to open up the floor plan. They handled all parts of the project with ease and there were no surprise costs involved. The work was even completed ahead of schedule. We love our new kitchen! Working with The Creative Kitchen Company was a wonderful experience!

Extremely professional and efficient work. They use top quality materials which are very reasonably priced. Very happy with results. Highly recommend! John is very meticulous.

Everyone at this company was a pleasure to work with! They were able to help me find the exact style of cabinets that I wanted, and even though they had a few issues with the vendor, they were very good at keeping me in the loop and making sure everything was as I ordered! Overall, great people who gave me a beautifully updated kitchen.

We met Jared and John from The Creative Kitchen Company at the Feb 2016 Home and Garden show. We loved their kitchen design at the show and enjoyed talking with them. After meeting with a few other companies to discuss our various options, my husband and I decided to hire The Crwative Kitchen Company. From our first meeting through the end of our project, it has been a pleasure working with this group. We love our kitchen now! Our kitchen is small, but with this update we have more storage by getting new, taller cabinets on the top and to save costs we did deface on the bottom cabinets. The team made our ordinary island look beautiful now. We chose Quartz countertops and they are gorgeous. We are very satisfied how our project turned out, and we would definitely recommend this company.

I hired the Creative Kitchen Company to remove the kitchen soffit, get new taller updated top cabinets and reface the bottom cabinets to match because I had nice granite countertops that I wanted to keep. I also needed an island refaced, the doorway to the dining room widened and the half bath updated with new light, vanity, mirror, toilet, etc. From the very beginning, everyone at the company was easy to talk to and accommodating. I felt like they really listened to me and addresses my worries which greatly reduced my anxiety. The price the quoted was very fair. When we got into the project, plumbing was found in the soffit but they were able to move it and my cost did not go up! The crew who worked on the job was really nice, and they did a good job cleaning up. They asked me questions when something wasn't clear and they answered my questions respectfully. I had a leak in the house during the job which was not caused by this company but they came out at 10:00 pm to help me get it stopped. Furthermore, they fixed the problem for me even though it was unrelated to the job and they remained nice and calm through the entire ordeal. Honestly, this is the best company I have hired, and I have hired a lot of them! I highly recommend them! The finished product looks great!

We had an amazing experience with The Creative Kitchen Company!! We worked primarily with John Hardesty who was great. He took care of everything and made sure our kitchen came out perfectly. John took our vision and helped perfect it and added some unique details. Everyone we worked with was very professional and trustworthy. The materials used are quality and we are very pleased with them. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Even with a few minor setbacks that delayed the schedule a little bit, John made everything work and got it done in a timely manner. We went out of town at the end of our remodel and the project had to be completed while we were gone, and I wouldn't have left my home open and trusted I would return to a perfect kitchen if we were working with anyone but John and his team. We sing John's praises and will highly recommend The Creative Kitchen Company to anyone in need of a new kitchen!!! (Including some in-progress photos)

The work The Creative Kitchen Company did to transform my kitchen from and embarrassment to a showpiece was done quickly, precisely, and on budget. Everyone who worked on the project was professional and respectful. I am so very pleased with the results and enjoy showing off my kitchen to friends, family, and neighbors. I'd recommend them for any project, large or small.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with the entire Creative Kitchen Company staff. They provided us the opportunity to have our dream kitchen with an affordable budget. We felt comfortable being able to express any concerns throughout the entire remodel. We would absolutely choose the Creative Kitchen Company again!

Working with The Creative Kitchen Company was a great experience from beginning to end! They were very professional and knowledgeable in helping me choose my countertops. The countertop attention to detail was superb. Everyone was reliable, professional and friendly. The countertop, sink and faucet install was completed within the estimated time. I am extremely satisfied with my countertops and would use them again if ever needed.

John is honest, trustworthy and easy to talk to, which is refreshing in a contractor. He has fantastic taste and his quality of work is great. I plan on using him again in the future on some home refresh projects.

We hired this Co To install new hardwood flooring in our living room, kitchen. dining room.and hallway. They did A very professional job & we love it. We have received A lot of compliments on our new flooring from our friends and family.

We really enjoyed working with John and his crew on our small 100 year old kitchen remodel. They were extremely professional and thorough, and came up with some fantastic solutions for our small space, which included enlarging a doorway and moving an exterior door to a completely different wall! Not only are they passionate about quality in craftsmanship, they understand the needs of their customers. Overall we were very happy with the speedy results, and would highly recommend working with them on your next project!

This company was reliable, professional and offered valuable design expertise especially in achieving a high-end look with an affordable budget. Attention to detail was superb!
