Saratoga Custom Cabinets

We found Saratoga Custom Cabinets on the internet. We met with Jared Phillips, the owner and developed a plan and price for a small kitchen cabinet repair to one door, which had suffered some damage due to dishwasher steam. The cabinet door was repaired in short order by Jared who was able to sand, re-glue, stain and finish to match our original cherry wood. Beautiful restoration. Because of the repair work was less than originally planned, Jared requested half of the fee originally discussed. SCC is a professionally run firm that takes pride in their work. The facility was relatively clean with what appeared to be modern equipment. Personnel was competent and friendly. Cabinet options are on display for customer review. Our kitchen was damaged in a recent dishwasher mishap. After Quick Response finished the demo work, Saratoga Curtom Cabinets was called in to repair the damage. Jared Phillips and his crew were the most amazing cabinet repair people ever! They were extremely professional and very easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would and even went above and beyond when our new dishwasher needed to be "tweaked" to fit properly. They had to remake a couple of cabinets in our kitchen and matched them perfectly. They also put the countertops back in better than they were installed originally. He and his crew went out of their way to make sure I could still be equipped with a working kitchen during the renovation. We are so glad we chose SCC to renovate our 100 year old kitchen. Jared and crew did an outstanding job in planning, execution, and finishing the job. We had the odd experience of a kitchen renovation during the 2020 Covid shut down. Jared made sure that my kitchen was functioning for me before everything had to shut down and he had things lined up and ready to go as soon as things opened back up. He pays attention to detail, has great insight in the flow of a kitchen and his work is top notch. He was able to take my ideas and turn them into realities. We have no regrets, except, we wish we would have done it sooner because it is such a pleasure to look at and work in. I will add that his team is professional, attentive and was a pleasure to have in our home. The most encouraging comment I can say on behalf of Saratoga Custom Cabinet is that they did every single thing they proposed to do and did it well.

Some of our kitchen cabinets and both bathroom vanities were destroyed due to a flood in our home. SCC was initially hired to repair and reinstall the damaged kitchen cabinets. As we began to put our kitchen and baths back together we realized we needed so much more. Jared and his team completely refinished all of our kitchen cabinets. We also worked with him to build new bath vanities. This included new countertop, hardware and fixtures. The biggest challenge was doing this via phone as we were not able to live in our home and were out of the area. Jared responded promptly to every phone call, email and my countless questions and concerns. He gave ideas and suggestions, always patient and very professional. Jared and his team completed our install with attention to detail in every step. This included hooking up all of our plumbing in the kitchen and baths, cleaning our countertops and floors and minor touchups at the end. SCC was recommended to us and we don't hesitate to recommend them to you.

We had a wonderful experience with this company.After removing our cabinets for a new floor to be installed they left our countertop in place which was very convenient as it took 7 weeks for our flooring to arrive.I really appreciated their professionalism ,they went over and above any expectations we had.They continually checked with us during the time we were waiting for our flooring.They did a beautiful job installing our cabinets, our other contractor commented on what a beautiful job they did.Thank you Jared for all of your help during this difficult time.

Those “Cape Cod Bathroom” pics (CCB) do NOT do the bathroom justice, Seriously! It was a thought in my mind that owner Jared Phillips and his team made into an incredible reality. I met Jared at the Saratoga Springs Home Show in 2016 with a request for a floor-to-ceiling bookcase with base cabinets to wrap my front window. (Pic shown). My always-skeptical husband could not stop smiling. In 2017, I came to him for the CCB and a pic of a bar top from St. John, USVI and he found Curava (recycled glass countertops); I was having trouble finding just the right blue paint, Jared flipped through the paint fan and picked (SW) Mountain Air; they designed and engineered the wall planking. Need cabinet hardware? He’s got a book or two or three. I just hired him to create cabinets for my downstairs bath that needed to house a litter box. (Pic shown). Detailed-oriented perfectionists - Don’t be turned off by the logo, Saratoga Custom Cabinets are the real thing.

Ours is the "Lakehouse Kitchen" in the Houzz website. We had a great experience with Jared and his team. Cabinets are extremely well built and very nice looking. They will last longer than I will. Jared provided excellent design suggestions that was very helpful and we ended up with a very functional design that we really love. The Saratoga Custom Cabinet team did a very good job of cabinet installation and supervision of the counter top and sink install. The team has a great attitude and actually made the stress of tearing out our kitchen and replacing it kind of fun.

Outstanding workmanship! Our tree damaged furniture came back looking like new. As with any quality product, the wait was worth it. There is an evident love and enthusiasm for and pride in the work these folks do that transfers to the finished product. So glad our GC recommended Saratoga Custom Cabinets. SCC worked with our insurance company to resolve how the furniture would be taken care of, demonstrating great flexibility and knowledge. They certainly guided us through this portion of our project with great professionalism.

Jared took the time to come on site and provide design ideas and make the most of the space. We had a specific idea in mind and it was enhanced by his ideas and past experience. Once we settled on a design, he kept in touch with any questions or clarifications and responded quickly to phone calls, emails and texts. The cabinet was delivered and installed as promised, and it exceeded our expectations in design, quality and overall look. Jared and his team were considerate when working in our home, kept the work site neat and were very thorough in post job cleanup. We are very happy with the entire experience and I won't hesitate to do business with Saratoga Custom Cabinets again. I highly recommend them.

Saratoga Custom Cabinets was able to restore my 25 year old water stained and faded cherry cabinets to their original appearance. Jared and his crew were amazing and I am extremely pleased with their work. I highly recommend them. Five stars!
