Please do research before you want to hire that Architector.. My experience with Barretta & Associates was terrible.. Waste of my time and my money... James Barretta : Please don’t lie to people, Don’t take deposits if you are not willing to complete the job .. people trust you , you have more then 40 years experience... But today you don’t provide service, you do Fraud .. Please either return money or complete your job ...

I wouldn’t recommend Barretta &Associates because after taking my initial deposit and agreeing on a price, he ended up going against the contract and increased the price double. He doesn’t want to refund the money or complete the job he agreed to do..... Scammer ..

That is correct the price was increased because the size of the project more than doubled and other scope changes were initiated by the Owner.
