One of the most impressive qualities of this company is that she listens attentively to my ideas and works hard to incorporate my ideas with her professional judgment. She works hard to stay within the budget and has always been prompt on appointments and work completed. She always keeps me informed on the status of our project. Her work is always exceptional and the job site is always cleaned up in pristine condition. Her contractors have been exceptional in all respects. Our expectations were always exceeded. We have used her in numerous projects and will continue to do so.

Jess has done several design/improvement projects on both my primary house and rental property. I'm not sure how she does it, but she has a fairly comprehensive process that manages not to eat into my time. Most recently, she designed our kitchen remodel and updated the paint in our upstairs living areas. This included changing the layout of the kitchen (keeping the footprint/perimeter the same), new cabinets, new counter tops, new island, new lighting, updated flooring, new paint, new back splash, and new appliances. We are absolutely in love with our new kitchen. There is more space for multiple people to move around. The layout makes more sense. The aesthetics are updated and more in tune with the area the house is located. She coordinated every action, so we were not taking time away from work or family to wait for work to be done. We were thoroughly pleased with the end results and will use JTone Interiors again.

Jessica masterminded two big projects for me after I bought my forever home here in Colorado. First, she took on the task of building my dream poker basement wet bar ready to accommodate 30 poker players during the monthly tournament. To say she exceeded my expectations would be the understatement of the year. Her passion was only surpassed by her imagination for what a guy from Tennessee would want in his wet bar. When she showed me the drawings of her ideas a couple weeks later, I didn't realize she listened to every word I said during our meeting in addition to my thoughts I didn't even know I had! From the floating shelves holding a multitude of liquors...to the smoked mirrors...to the recessed lighting...to the under-the-counter icemaker and beer fridges...to the vintage pokerchip backsplash that ties everything together. It is truly the centerpiece of my basement and is the talk of all my friends. It's simply one of a kind...a better feeling than looking down at pocket aces during the final table of the World Series of Poker. Next, I wanted a backyard oasis that would take advantage of my gorgeous views of Pikes Peak. She basically started with a blank slate that was begging for her designer expertise since I have none. Complete with a killer, multi-level pergola that drowns out the afternoon scorching sun, natural-looking stained/stamped cement patio, oversized hammocks, natural stone fire pit, hot tub, grasses and flowers with drip systems....she once again overdid herself. My favorite part of my day now is relaxing in one of the hammocks, reading a good book or sipping a fine whiskey, and watching the sun fall behind the mountains. That's my heaven...all thanks to Jessica and her JTone team. :-)
