With Mellissa's help I was able to get the correct part I needed to repair my recliner. Mellissa's fast friendly service was a blessing. Gave an excellent rating as we had a problem with our leather lazy boy recliner with the color coming off. They came out, took pictures and lazy boy covered the upper part of the recliner. Took 3 months for lazy boy to make upper part. As soon as Kalin received the part they came with a smile and replaced the upper part of recliner. We’re very pleased with their service.

I just arrived home from a very pleasant trip to Kaylin Home Furnishings in Ormond Beach. Upon entering we were greeted by Mr.Darren Oliver who directed us to the Lazyboy display area. They have a wide variety of chairs and Mr. Oliver suggested the models that best fit our needs. My sister and I walked with not one but 2 chairs because of special sales going on! Needless to say you have not one but 2 satisfied customers!

I visited Kalins in Ormond beach today looking for a new Lazy Boy recliner. I was met by sales person Germaine. I told her what features I wanted and she pointed out which ones were in stock and what to look for. She then left me to try out each one till I found the one I wanted. There was no hovering,pressure or following me around,how refreshing ! It has been my experience in other furniture stores where the sales person doesn't even give you room to breathe. If you are looking for furniture, I suggest you visit Kalins and deal with Germaine. You won't be disappointed. p.s. I did buy the new recliner from her !

Kalin Furniture has done it again! We have been purchasing from this store for nearly ten years and are completely satisfied with their products and service. Our latest visit was to purchase a sectional sofa. Darren Oliver and Patrice could not have been more helpful and congenial. It was a genuine pleasure for us. Germaine is the one you should ask for at Kalin. She is both professional and easy to work with. She seems to always arrive at the right moment but does not bother you while you are looking. She is full of good ideas without being pushy. We got what we wanted at a reasonable price and will always ask for her.

Tim Dyer meet us immediately in the showroom. Greeted Holly and I and gave us a quick overview of how the store was situated. No pressure at all, Tim wanted us to enjoy and.discover. Without pause, Kalin Home Furnishings is Amazing. Quality, Selection and expertise is around every corner and surprises await you for sure. Tim was professional, so helpful but most of all genuine. His demeanor was relaxing and confident without being overbearing. What a blessing of a man. He made our days working with him so enjoyable. Tim over a 3 day adventure never once got frustrated nor seemed put out. We flipped, changed direction and completely reversed every decision in the end. The most amazing part—his smile and truth remained constant. Tim, Holly and I thank you for not only being a professional but being a friend. It’s never easy moving 1400 miles from your childhood home. However, you showed us hospitality like we never have experienced. A fabulous furniture store in every way. Highly recommend it. Interior Designer Germaine Malone makes it even more pleasant to shop there. She is extremely helpful, nice and professional.

So glad to see Kalin’s has survived the pandemic. Scott VanKrevelen has been our salesperson for over 10 years. He finds just what we’re looking for. Knowledgeable and professional describes Scott. We thought we wanted an occasional chair, but then Scott introduced us to the Sressless chairs. What a difference!! Thankfully we found true comfort. Thank you Scott!! You did your magic again!
