We couldn't be happier with all that Molly and Erika at KannCept Design did to update the main level of our home. We started with three, smallish rooms that were not working with our growing family. They were able to knock down walls, and completely transform the area into a unique, modern, beautiful and super functional space that's ideal for both entertaining or just relaxing. Molly is an incredibly gifted designer/decorator and creative in giving "new life" to your things that leave you with a personal, familiar and cozy surrounding. Her crews are exceptionally talented and professional and pay attention to details. We love everything about our new living space, and have enjoyed everyone's reactions and favorable comments. The fact that Molly came in under budget while upgrading every square foot of space was simply AMAZING! We look forward to our next decorating project and working with Molly at KannCept again. Bravo!

Having settled into the completely remodeled first floor of our ranch home, we realize how fortunate we were to find Molly and her crew at Kanncept Design. She took what can often be a stressful situation and streamlined it into a manageable and exciting project. The fact that Molly served as both designer and general contractor played a major part in our decision to employ Kanncept Design. Her vast knowledge of laborers, vendors, and products in addition to helpful websites was impressive. We collaborated on the design until a vision that we didn’t even know we had emerged. Molly worked hard to help us find our “style” by accompanying us on shopping trips and referring us to houzz.com for research and inspiration. She then would present us with a few choices so we wouldn’t become overwhelmed. Utilizing the Basecamp platform was an excellent way to communicate and keep track of progress. In spite of many challenges due to the pandemic, work was done on schedule. We are incredibly satisfied with our new living space and friends and relatives have been astonished by the transformation.

We hired Molly and her team to design our home interior following a renovation of our vacation home. We set a budget and timeline and gave her the keys to the project. There was both design and construction of some elements and Molly and Dawn did all the shopping and installation of furnishings and art as well as contracting the construction services. Since we were not able to be at the home during the project, Molly and her team went off of some limited input and pulled it all together for us. The selection of furnishings and design turned out amazing. We never would have gotten to the point she accomplished as we just didn’t have the vision or time to ‘hunt’ for the right pieces to make it all come together. What a transformation which is both modern/rustic and fun with colors and conversation pieces. Highly recommended!

My husband an I have worked with Molly, the owner of Kanncept Design, on several projects. The two biggest being a complete redesign of our lake house and subsequently the construction of our dream home in 2017/2018. I highly recommend Molly and her team. When she redesigned our lake house I gave her an overall concept of what I wanted and a budget and let her run with it. I had no idea what she was going to do. When my husband and I walked into the house after it was done we felt as if we had just been surprised on HGTV! She hit our style right on the mark and within time and budget. Most recently Molly worked with us and our builder from the very beginning on the complete layout and design on our 6000sqft dream home. This is the fourth home we have built and I cannot believe how much easier the process was with Molly's help. Our home is more beautiful and functional than we ever dreamed it could be. Thanks Molly and the team at Kanncept Design! I would have pulled my hair out without you!

Tim and I hired Molly for our new home construction which was a year-long process. We're so thankful to have her partnered with us along the way. She was able to reshape our house plans to make them more unique, adding character and functionality, while also setting the rooms to capture the best country views for our property. Her knowledge of everything we needed to do along the way helped us stay focused with the numerous selections that were needed. She made the decision making process so much more efficient while also providing us expert recommendations of what best to select for our home. Everything was thought through, exterior and interior -- the stone, shingles, trim, paint, hard wood floors, carpet, fireplace, blinds, drapes, furniture, pillows, decorations -- the list goes on for our 5500 sq ft, 6 bedroom, exposed ranch home. This was a major project to think through how to make this a beautiful forever home for our newly blended family of 7. She captured all our interests, hobby's, styles and preferences to provide each of our kids with their special unique rooms as well as cozy family togetherness space for us to enjoy time with each other. They pulled everything together (including beautifully decorating two Christmas trees) in just weeks to get us all set for the holidays. Molly and Dawn were so thoughtful and truly outstanding! They worked hard to make our experience building a new home enjoyable. I look forward to working with Molly more in the future and would recommend KannCept wholeheartedly. We used Molly to remodel most of our main floor. She reimagined the space in a way we’d never have been able to on our own, and that met our needs perfectly. Remodel included an amazing new kitchen, mud room/laundry room, new main floor bathroom, new floors, and dining and family room decor. She nailed my style effortlessly when I was struggling on my own to put the home together. She also was amazing with keeping the project both on time and on budget. Friends and family were stunned with how quickly it was all accomplished. And quality was NOT sacrificed for speed. The worksmanship has been outstanding and solid. I would recommend Kanncept and Molly in a heartbeat. We will use her again for projects in the future. We are in love with our outcome. She took our house and made it into our home.

All I can say is WOW!! Molly took my half-baked, disjointed ideas and turned them into the home I have always envisioned. She was respectful of my budget and timely in her execution. Friends and family consistently remark about the details she included and the fact that every time they come around something new and different pops out. I had no previous experience working with a professional designer, now I wonder why it took so long to decide!!

My experience with Molly was my first experience working with an interior designer and I cannot express how happy I am with the work she has done. Our home is so beautiful and it is bringing so much joy. Mollys creativity is spectacular and she manages to bring out your personality in her designs. My husband and I are so excited to work with Molly again because we are so thrilled with the outcome.

We are moving into a condo and wanted to make it ours. We were having difficulty pulling everything together. Molly gave us ideas that had us thinking out of the box, colors, furniture placement. We can't wait to get everything done and moved in. Molly is wonderful to work with.
