DISSAPPOINTED. We hired karen to be the project manager for the remodel of our condominium. She started out very enthusiastic and with some good ideas; however, once her fee was paid things changed. We rarely saw her during construction. She charged us for a dining room remodel that we never actually did. The contractors she hired were unreliable and extended six months beyond the agreed upon completion time. She never even showed up to see the finished product. We dealt mainly with the contractor directly. I certainly didn’t need to pay someone thousands of dollars to end up running the project myself. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for honest and reliable caretaking.

I hired Karen Grace for an apartment remodel that required some very creative thinking as well as sticking to a tight budget. She did both! Karen's great sense of style meant the finished product looked high end and classy, witout the highend price. She stuck to her time line, followed up with regular visits to the site, hired excellant subcontractors---she is just outstanding.

Karen Grace Interiors assisted me in designing my dream bedroom. The results surpassed my expectations. Karen worked very close with me to capture my vision of a relaxing retreat in my bedroom. The colors were carefully selected, and the furnishings captured the essence of style and sophistication that I desired. Karen listened to our concerns and budget and was able to provide us with just the right choices of colors and fabrics and lighting. She was with us every step of the way and met with contractors when we could not be at home. We are very happy with the results.

When I met with Karen, she asked me how I wanted my home to feel. Relaxing, fun and comfortable. I got all that and much more! Karen had the vision to translate the feeling I wanted together with the idea of a coastal theme into a home that is perfect for me and unlike any other home I have ever seen. She used her understanding of color to make a huge difference in the feeling of my home. I took a leap of faith and trusted her with color. Believe me that was hard. I kept telling myself that if it doesn’t work, I could repaint. Every single time she was right! From blue ceilings (very relaxing and fun) to the yellow in my bathroom, which I thought was too bright but wakes me up, she hit it spot on. Her vision ranged from big ideas – a mural on a wall, gorgeous re-facing of the fireplace and the beachy word floors – to details – painting beams to match the floors, drapery tie backs with star fish and a big pillow as a headboard in the master bedroom. She listened to me. I find it very interesting to hear her talk to people about the project now that it is done. As she describes the project (or as I like to call it – a livable work of art) she tells people how she designed around the things that were important to me that I wanted to keep. I love pictures of my family, pictures I took on vacation and art that I gathered over the years. It is wonderful to be in my home and see all of the things that I have collected over the years shown in a fun, relaxing and comfortable home. I saved the best for last. MY HOME IS GREORGOUS! SPECTULAR! A FIVE STAR RESORT! FUN! RELAXING! COMFORTABLE! I LOVE IT and KAREN!
