My wife and I wanted a professional team to complete top-notch work with top-notch communication. Karin's communication and planning throughout the project, along with her husband's expertise really made the difference. Our bedroom and bath remodel turned out amazing in every way. We highly recommend Karin Ross Designs - and if they did decks we would have hired them for that work!

I highly recommend Karin Ross Designs for any home design remodel. We love our kitchen-living remodel and our friends and family can't believe the amazing transformation. All her employees including Nick, her husband are professional, knowledgeable and do an incredible job. I never came home to a mess to clean up. I saw the beautiful pictures of the kitchens and bathrooms Karin had remodeled in the 435 Magazine and didn't think we could afford her. My husband called for an appointment and Karin and her team came to my house. We were surprised to find her quote was no higher than the other contractors. Karin and Nick were there every step of the way to make sure things were done correctly and to my perfection. Karin has an eye for detail and listens when you talk. She made so many great suggestions that other contractors didn't and still came within our budget. She suggested a limestone fireplace that is beautiful and very elegant. Nick, Karin's husband and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. My entire family loves the kitchen Island she helped us design. The lighting in the kitchen she picked out is beautiful and elegant. Something I would not have picked out. Karin knows the current trends. we signed a contract with Karin on a project completion date and cost. Karin was finished with the project on time. We never paid her anything until the contact and payment schedule was determined. We paid Karin according to the contract and never paid for work that wasn't completed. We absolutely love our new kitchen-living area. Everything is so open and beautiful.

I have contracted their interior design services on several commercial projects. They did a nice job, and have helped raise my profile in the real estate industry.

Karin Ross Designs did an incredible job for us. We made the decision to allow Karin to use her talent for our remodel and we were not disappointed. They gutted our 1978 home that had never been updated and created a stunning contemporary masterpiece that we love immensely. Karin and her husband, Nick, worked very hard to bring everything together perfectly. We are thankful for their excellent work.

If you're looking for great design, attention to details, consistent follow-through, and constant contact, Karin Ross Designs is the one for you. Karin and her crew were extremely knowledgeable, flexible, caring, helpful, and a joy to work with. Down to the last details, they were with us all the way. We're extremely happy with our new kitchen, master bedroom and several other parts of the house that they helped us with. We'll be a returning customer!

I strongly recommend Karin Ross Designs. Throughout our bathroom remodeling project they were outstanding to work with. As close as you can get to having a family member who is a professional doing the work! Great pricing, great communication, and the final work quality was outstanding. Karin has a great eye for detail and gave just the right amount of input into the products to be used. We always knew what work was going to take place and when.

Karin and her crew were an absolute pleasure to work with during our 10 wk remodeling project.. We did some renovations on our new house in Fairway, KS and couldn't be happier how they turned out. Karin was very professional, responsive and easy to communicate with the entire time. We had her remodel our master suite, adding a full bathroom and walk in closet. We also added a mud room, tore down some walls, painted the entire inside, and had some smaller jobs performed inside like electrical work. Our house is absolutely GORGEOUS and I would definitely recommend her if you're looking for someone with great taste and reasonable pricing. Thank you, Karin Ross Designs!

Karin was extremely helpful in bringing my husbands ideas and my ideas together to give each of us what we were looking for in a design plan for our bar area. The style and color suggestion for the chambria countertop was perfect and after looking over hundreds of options we kept going back to her very first suggestion. She had been very detailed, and her follow up has been tremendous. The photo was taken immediately after installation. The project is not shown completed.

I did a complete master bath remodel and from start to finish it was a GREAT experience! Karin listened to my vision and brought it to life, as well as, helped me with design dilemmas. I am not a designer, so she really helped me to make the right choices. Nick and his crew were experienced, professional, friendly and the craftsmanship was suburb. They also finished the project within the estimated time frame. Their attention to detail was so refreshing. They are without a doubt the best contractors I have ever experienced and hired to do work on my home.

From the planning and design meeting, to the speedy, clean, and careful execution of our bathroom remodel; working with Karin Ross Designs was a pleasure all the way through! Karin attentively listened to our desires, while giving encouraging expert advice. Nick, and his crew, were fast and efficient, as well as respectful, and pleasant working in our home. We are already planning our next project with Karin Ross Designs!

Karin was successful in providing a design option to fit our needs that others could not. She helped us to keep our project grounded with a sense of being astatically pleasing and functional. She went above and beyond to ensure we would get the greatest return on our investment. I highly recommend her professional services.

At the end of 2017, we had our unfinished basement finished, with Karin helping us to choose fixtures (sink for half bath, colors, flooring, etc.) and colors for the space. More importantly to me, she also acted as the point of contact throughout the project - any time I had a question or concern, she would always respond promptly with answers, and provide information to the crew as needed. I appreciate her patience with all of my questions, especially during the time that the project start date was delayed.

Ms Ross is a first rate collaborator. First she listens, then offers options and finally makes her recommendations. She's thoroughly familiar with materials and is sensitive to the style of the home. Her choices were right on target. We're already looking forward to future projects with her.
