My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I do not recommend using KC Contracting for any work on your property. Karlo was not my choice of contractor. My incopetent condo management hired him to replace my flooring. Biggest regret ever. Didn't bother flattening the concrete subfloor and all the laminate started cracking. When I confronted Karlo on Google he denied that he did the work until I forwarded the emails clearly showing his name and email address. He refuses to respond or comment to this terrible workmanship. Stay away and hire a proper flooring install company.
