We used Alte Vita for our basement renovation in Canada while we were in the US. Kash and his entire team designed, planned and executed the project to a tee. They used high-quality finishes and were able to access product (like our gorgeous kitchen countertop) without breaking the bank. They were even able to create custom cabinetry at a very affordable price. When the project revealed a crack in the foundation, he and his team addressed the problem and did so to code. He moved piping, created exhaust venting and completely re-did the stairs leading to the basement. We're just so incredibly pleased with how everything turned out and anyone who's seen it are just wowed by the renovation. From the floors they installed and fantastic lighting options to the shower tile and paint job, we're just so happy with it all. Oh, I should also mention that the renovation was completed on time and on budget. No surprise costs or added charges or funny business. We wanted someone who was honest and trustworthy given this was going to be a remote renovation for us and I can state unequivocally that Kash is a man of integrity.
