Kate Singer has a gift for determining a gorgeous design style (especially when my husband and I disagree). Hubby and I both loved the final product and the fact that Kate stayed within our budget. This is the second home Kate and team have helped us with. Each time a room gets a “Kate Singer Homes” touch, it becomes a relaxing, non-fussy reflection of who we are. I can’t recommend Kate Singer enough.

Simply stated - Kate is phenomenal. Her creativity, willingness to always listen and put clients needs first (including respecting our budget!!!), attention to detail, and great service created a pleasant and enjoyable journey that resulted in a beautiful home that truly reflects our lifestyle and needs. We find it amazing how well each of our kids rooms accurately reflect their personalities, and our family room is so warm and comforting. Kate is absolutely terrific!!!

We feel so fortunate to have discovered Kate Singer Home! We were looking for a designer to help us with our recently renovated and completely empty house, and Kate has been absolutely fabulous. From picking lovely wall colors to prioritizing which rooms to focus on earlier to searching tirelessly for the perfect piece for each space, Kate has helped turn our house into a warm and peaceful home, one that we are comfortable living in and look forward to returning to each day but one that also has a quiet elegance. Kate has been extremely professional, guiding us through this process with an eye to budget while never settling. Kate also maintains high standards for her vendors as well. Just terrific!

Kate helped us manage the transition from Long Island to Manhattan. She edited our collection of antiques and selected fabrics to reupholster living and dining room seating. The allotted budget was used effectively and creatively. Every detail was discussed and all work was performed beautifully and efficiently. She is a pleasure to work with.

She was professional, creative, and worked continuously to help make it a warm and comfortable home. All while staying within our budget. It came out more beautiful than we could have imagined. We enjoyed working with Kate so much, we asked her to decorate for our NYC wedding. Kate was able to turn the loft we got married into an elegant holiday celebration. Being so pleased with our experiences we hired her to decorate our new home in Long Island. Once again, we are thrilled with the outcome.

The key to our home's interior designed by Kate Singer Home is a serene mix of colors and natural textures. With her sure sense of style, Kate kept the colors soft and subtle and relied on a neutral palette to bring out the best in her mix of modern and classic furnishings. In redecorating the living and dining rooms of our 1920s Center Hall Colonial, she helped us harmoniously mix family friendly furnishings with antiques and heirlooms. We have five children and entertain family and friends frequently. We asked Kate to create spaces that were elegant and eminently livable and she delivered wonderfully.

Kate has been an absolute pleasure to work with on our new construction project. From helping us with paint and floor colors, to finding that perfect piece of furniture on sale to that little item that adds the final touch to a space, she is helping make our vision for our home a reality. She truly cares about her clients and is not happy until they are happy. She is a wonderful person, a consummate professional and we just love her aesthetic.

It has been a pleasure working with Kate. She has been professional, very creative, respectful of my opinions/taste/wishes, mindful of value, and responsive. The end result is that our home is absolutely beautiful and functional, and we couldn't be happier!

I have never taken the time to do an online review before but I feel so strongly about Kate and her staff that I felt the need to write one now. Kate transformed my house into what I always imagined it could look like but would never have been able to do on my own. She was honest in her opinions, she enabled me to take the time I needed to make decisions and gave me exactly what I wanted without going over my budget. I have been following this very talented designer for several years. She has done amazing work for people I know as well as designer rooms in many showcase homes. She has never failed to inspire and amaze me with her beautiful ideas. The last designer showcase home I visited this summer in the Hamptons confirmed what I had already suspected. Kate Singer's room was the best by far.
