My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Simply put, I could not recommend Kathcon Development enough. The Kathcon team helped us design the perfect house to fit our family's life style. The craftsmanship is impeccable and second to none. The work was completed on time and within budget. We have been in the home for over seven years and haven't had any issues with it. I would highly recommend building with Kathcon.

Kathcon Development helped us find our dream house and ensure that the transaction of selling our old house went smoothly. They worked diligently to make sure that any and all issues that needed to be resolved before closing were taken care of. That included hours of their coordination and communication with our buyers. Kathcon always oversaw our renovation of our new home. They set up referrals with the very best flooring and painting companies. They also helped coordinate work days so that we were able to have a stress-free experience. Our new home is absolutely perfect because of all of their help!!!

Kathcon helped us design and build our house from the ground up. The construction took approx. 15 months to complete. A project this big has many moving parts - they coordinated all of them. They hired professional craftsmen for all facets of the build. As a result, the house is very well constructed. We have not had any build related issues since we moved in (3 yrs ago). With a project this big there is likely going to be some 'unplanned challenges' surface. Kathcon addressed every one in a professional manner and was in constant communication with us. This is one of the most important parts that i think really sets them apart. If we ever build another house, it will be with Kathcon.
