Her response to my request was immediate and the consultation was thorough and helpful in assisting me in my window covering decisions. Her visit to us was very useful, she had different recommendations for us not just offering us expensive blinds. When we chose our product her colleagues measured accurately and quickly. I hired Kathy for drapes and blinds in my new condo. This was a big dollar decision for me and I was worried about making the wrong choices with colors and fabrics. Kathy spent time with me helping to figure out what I had in mind and then came up with really exciting and unique design options for me. The end results were terrific. Her contractors and installers were excellent and went above and beyond, including a special effort to get curtains sewed and installed before Christmas. From beginning to end Kathy and her team were extremely professional and I would recommend her with confidence.

Kathy was professional and knowledgable. She helped me to choose a colour and style of blind that works perfectly in our home. She considered the function of each room and then made appropriate suggestions ( blind vs no blind, room darkening vs regular etc). I recently needed to upgrade some window coverings before listing our house, and hired Kathryn for the job. She was friendly, efficient, and gave me great recommendations about which products to use in each window. Her installer came on time, worked quickly, did a great job, and showed me how to operate the blinds (one was a new kind for me.) The colours she chose were a perfect match for the window trim, as well. I would definitely recommend Kathryn to anyone else, and plan to hire her again when we get to our new place.

Kathy provided a consultation, estimate, and recommendations for our window treatments. She ordered and managed the delivery and installation. She was excellent, very quick to respond to all communication, answered every question, thorough in measurements and quotes, and took details of our home and life into consideration for every window. Product choice was excellent functionally and aesthetically.
