The experience started out well but then the application and execution turned downward. We spent an enormous amount of money (more than 100k) on the cabinets for our custom home. Not only were the cabinets not glazed anywhere near to the samples we picked from but there were so many measuring and fitment mistakes that cabinets had to be remade and re-glazed and measurement done incorrectly and doors swinging the wrong way, etc. I fully understand that the factory did not glaze the cabinets correctly but I didn’t buy my cabinets from the factory. I bought them from CabinetsByCales and that’s who I had to turn to. Now, the company did send all doors and drawer fronts to another company for re-glazing and the work was acceptable to us we still sit without several cabinet doors, crown molding missing etc months later. The ‘near’ end product is beautiful and our cabinets are stunning but the process could certainly have been smoother. It could be that our completely custom job was simply too much for them and I can't in good conscience recommend them.

This is a very Unusual situation as you stated Crystal Cabinet works failed to GLAZE as we all expected. After I called Crystal Cabinet Works and spoke to the power to be about the situation they decided it was acceptable! We did not agree with their so called acceptable specifications due to the fact it did not align with the NEW sample we purchased prior to order. We do not make the cabinets Paul we sell their line, if we made them we wouldn't of had to endure all this. Cabinetry By Cales Sent the Doors and Drawers to their own expert to be re-glazed NOT Crystal Cabinet Works. You had many areas of design and beautiful outcome and Yes it's noted that we are all human here and sometimes a long nomenclature can get a size off because it is rocket science. We fought with Crystal Cabinet Works and got them to pay for the Custom Glazing locally by our expert who does an incredible job and even better than Crystal so quality was not tarnished. We felt your home deserved the best as you stated you paid a significant amount for them. On that note I don't think you realize Crystal imposed a 6% price increase the week of your order and Cabinetry By Cales elected to NOT charge that additional cost to you saving you 7500.00. Because of all this and their lead time of 20 plus weeks Cabinetry By Cales elected to drop this cabinetry line due to this issue. We refuse to work with a Company that doesn't live up to their standards so our relationship is ending with Crystal Cabinet Works. We have integrity and did our best and know we look forward to finalizing your project so we can all move on to other things. We do appreciate your business and wish you and your family many years of happiness in your new home. Also we did Not Install your cabinetry so if there were error's that was unfortunate, all parts and pieces were ordered to design plans.

My kitchen remodeling project was far from ordinary! Everything was custom and I had some pretty crazy requests to accommodate my ultimate vision. Cabinetry by Cales was up to the task! Everyone I encountered with Cales was professional, gracious and so helpful. They were incredible to work with from start to finish - they didn't just close the deal and leave me to handle the rest - they actually maintained involvement throughout the entire project and were always available to talk with me. I would recommend this company to family and friends in a heartbeat, and I would choose them again and again for my own future remodeling projects!

Start to finish A+. From the moment I met Designer Mechelle Wilson I was sold. Her fresh ideas and today’s trends were exactly what was on my wish list. My project was a complete tear down including moving all electrical and a gas line. She and Dave were ever so patient with me and my changes. Couple of concerns were addressed and resolved immediately by Dave. The end result is a beautiful and functional kitchen that I am enjoying every day. Very professional group.

CBC streamlines the process for builders. Having to deal with many subs on a daily basis, their team makes the cabinetry portion extremely easy for the project manager. I highly recommend them to any builder/developer.

We had a horrific experience with Cabinetry by Cales. Cabinets were ordered incorrectly. Then, the job was to be a "2 day install". The initial installer destroyed at least 5 of the cabinets while installing them. They were sawed off, uneven, and completely trashed. Installed one of them upside down. The cabinets had to be reordered and reinstalled. This was done by someone who no longer installs cabinets, so he screwed up too. Shelving inside the cabinets was not done level. They didn't make it the least bit of a priority to fix all the problems. They told me that "the cabinets were lost and shipped to the wrong address" to excuse the fact that they wouldn't be repaired by Christmas - 6 months after the initial install began - clearly a sign that they were cutting their losses and didn't care to get the job done. And they wouldn't give me any sort of rebate for all the trouble they caused. Overall, it took OVER SEVEN MONTHS to get the cabinets installed correctly. SEVEN MONTHS! For a "2-day install".

We could not agree with you more that the installer and designer did you a disservice and that is why the owner got involved to make sure you where taken cared of.
Once the owner took over he had everything fixed and unfortunately manufacturer's have lead times and being that this was in December over a year ago the manufacturer's shut down for a week. Yes the installer on this job was fired and the designer because we will not have this! Note: They do work elsewhere still installing! But not for us! Again we did make this a priority and with schedules we had to wait because we wanted the best to come to your home at this point to fix everything that was a concern. In your email's you where thankful and appreciative but apparently this is how you feel after a year has passed.

Cabinetry by Cales (CBC) supplied the kitchen and bathroom cabinets for a brand new home that I was building. The kitchen and bath layouts were roughly set by my architect, and Teresa at CBC helped with the final detailed design and specifications. I was introduced to CBC by the general contractor who I hired to build my house. I eventually fired him for lack of performance and trust issues, and then I asked Teresa if she would be willing to work with me directly. I am so thankful that she said yes, because she and her team of contractors turned out to be some of the only true professionals I encountered on my project. It was a blessing to work with people in the industry who showed up when they said they would, performed their work with pride and attention to detail, and were honest and trustworthy. Teresa provided helpful guidance all along the way, always communicating in a timely manner using phone, voicemail, email, or text messages when appropriate. She was informative and fun, and she very patiently worked through the pros and cons of each and every idea I brought to her. My cabinets were installed on schedule and look beautiful. We did encounter a couple of issues with the cabinets sent by the manufacturer, and Teresa worked diligently to address and fix those. I am extremely happy with the end result. The kitchen is definitely my favorite room in the house!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I had Cabnitery By Cales remodeled my kitchen and the work was completed when they said it would ! Every evening I came home to a CLEAN kitchen. The quality is beautiful and I keep getting compliments on the Cabnets. I highly recommend them! You will be so happy!!!!

A company that is honest, has integrity, provides excellent service, does not tell me what I want to hear but what is best for me and my clients, is on time, provides a good product with a fair price, takes care of warranty issues and is a pleasure to work with. All of what I have said above is what Art brings to me on a monthly basis. When you find someone with these attributes you have no need to go searching any where else and makes your life a lot less complicated. You will not be disappointed if you use this company for your cabinetry needs.
