I just had all the west facing windows on my home replaced by Western Elements. Dealing with Karen & Joe (the owners) was a pleasure, right from getting advice and comparison estimates between replacing just the glass or the whole window to the finished project. Joes advice was very honest especially in noting the pro’s & con’s of each type and educating me on the condition of my old windows and what he thought a good solution would be. What I liked best was that the installation was done by Joe and his son, not some crew that had no interest whether the job was done right or not. I chose to have the whole window replaced rather than just the glass, as I knew the window company he uses has superior quality windows and the estimate was within my price range. All in all I would use Western Elements again in a heart beat and would recommend them to family & friends!

I knew that my existing deck needed some repair that would require someone with plenty of experience. After my first meeting with Joe Cologgi I knew I had found the person who could repair my deck. His experience in successfully doing repairs that were similar to what I needed sealed the deal. Joe kept me up to date on the work schedule start date and then during the repair project I always knew the status. Joe and his son Mason did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the completed repair of our deck. Karen in the office was on top of things and the software she uses to provide job proposals and payment tracking were very easy to use. I would definitely recommend Western Elements LLC to anyone looking to repair or replace an existing deck.

Joe and Mason are personable & demonstrate the utmost integrity. They are not only skilled at their professional, but they go out of their way to treat you like family. There were several unexpected discoveries during our remodeling project that caused us to need to make changes. Joe adapted to make the changes (including some enhancements he worked in to improve the design) while going out of his way to keep the cost down & in line with what he originally quoted. No surprises & no hand out for additional payment requests. We loved the end result of his endeavors and can't wait to solicit Joe's skills for additional future projects. Our composite deck was sagging so we called Western Elements, LLC to see if they do repairs, and if so, if they could come by to assess the problem. Karen contacted Joe and he called back quickly and stopped by that same day. We needed an additional support post and contracted for the work to be done. Our backyard Trex deck was getting close to 30 years old, built with old materials and technology. We did some research and called Western Elements. This is primarily a family operation. Joe came out and we envisioned a replacement with his help. We were not in a huge hurry. We got on the schedule and soon enough, it was time. Joe, his son Mason, and sometimes another fully capable helper did every thing themselves. These guys are METICULOUS! We now have a new deck, new pergola, and covered patio that looks way beyond what we thought. We have not seen contractors as conscientious and dedicated as Western Elements. Extremely pleasant to work with. I really wish we had other projects for them to work on. There is a solid reason why they get 5 star reviews.

We were well overdue for a new deck. Joe, from Western Elements, LLC came out right after we called. He listened to what we wanted and brought Trex samples and railing pictures. It wasn't long after we picked what we wanted that they started and continued until they finished. The deck is amazing! It is well built using Trex and a horizontal metal railing. We would definitely use Western Elements, LLC again. They are prompt, professional, and do great work.

I needed new windows and Joe came and saw the needs I had, gave me a few ideas on how to address the most concerning windows sooner so I could get them done quickly then get the remaining ones done later making it more affordable but also still complete. I hired Western Elements to remove and replace an old 1973 back porch that was sinking and causing foundation problems to my home. They did a wonderful job and the employees and owner were most definitely the best contractors I've ever hired, and I'm a senior citizen that's hired many. If you're looking for a company that's not only highly recommended but believes strongly in honesty and integrity...Western Element's owner and employees will not let you down. I'm just loving my newly built, beautiful back porch.

When we contacted Western Elements to have our old, deteriorating deck replaced, Joe's response was prompt and very professional. We always get multiple quotes for any big project we are contemplating and even though Western Elements quote was not the lowest, it was the most comprehensive and detailed. We decided to go with them because of the trust we developed during the estimate process. The replacement of the old deck with Trex decking and the erection of a Cedar pergola over our hot tub exceeded our expectations. Excellent work done by professional and conscientious people.
