I've had Creative Contracting complete major renovations on two separate homes. The fist was a kitchen, family room and half bath in 2001. The design ques initiated by Bob and carried out by his team were timeless and enabled us to sell the home in just over a week in 2015. The second home was the house my parents had built in the late 70s, and included combining the kitchen and dining room with a new layout for all the appliances, relocating and removing walls, new flooring on the entire fist floor, major reworking in electrical and plumbing, new construction windows and doors and completely residing the entire house. It was a very aggressive timeline to complete, as we wanted to move in with ample time to acclimate before school started for our kids. Everything was completed in time and any issues that arose were dealt with promptly.

I would not recommend this company to any family, friends or acquaintances. Project ran over by more than a month. Very unreliable and unorganized which lead to many mistake (some major). We often found ourselves needing to be available to let subs in and direct them to the work to be done as the “project manager” was often late or did not show at all because they were busy at other jobs. Installation of bathroom exhaust not to code. Had to hire someone else to repair. They ended up not finishing the job after damaging cabinets and a brand new refrigerator. I’ve attached some of their “finished” work and damaged items that they did not fix.

Creative Contracting exceeded our expectations and we are so happy with our completed home construction project of adding an addition to our family room, building a new mudroom/laundry room, converting our old laundry room into a walk-in pantry, and enhancing our kitchen with a peninsula and new granite counters. The team at Creative Contracting worked cohesively together to ensure the project ran smoothly throughout the entire "end to end" process. The Design/Build process removed the burden of working with a separate architect and which made critical planning process easy and streamlined. Everyone on the Creative Contracting team and their subcontractors were incredibly skilled and qualified as well as super-friendly. We could not be happier with their work (which was completed ahead schedule)! We highly recommend their services.

After requesting quotes from several contractors to completely remodel our kitchen we thankfully decided on Creative Contracting. From the onset, their team carefully listened to our needs and wishes before offering design solutions. Our small traditional kichen was enlarged by moving our laundry room and opening the space to the family room, creating an ideal entertaining area. Expansive new windows were installed to bring in natural light. Adding an island with seating and a window seat overlooking our pond doubled our seating capacity. The Creative Contracting team helped us navigate and simplified the selection process of custom cabinetry, hardwood flooring, granite, tile, and appliances. Their attention to detail is reflected in their creative use of space and high quality workmanship. We are 100%+++ satisfied and our kitchen exceeded all expectations, transforming our entire home. Love this contractor, and continue to highly recommend!!

Creative Contracting did a fabulous job renovating our two 30 year old bathrooms. They designed a creative approach to update, and also improve the functionality of both of our bathrooms. The team was responsive to our needs, including design, costs, and schedule. By thoroughly discussing what we liked, and a budget to achieve this goal, we have two bathrooms we simply love. The bathrooms were completed on schedule which minimized the disruption of a renovation. The workers were extremely professional and competent, and kept the work area clean every day. We would strongly recommend using Creative Contracting in North Wales PA to others who are embarking on a renovation.

Creative Contracting helped us in building a beautiful porch addition. They worked closely with us, kept us informed of the production schedule, including a couple of the bumps in the process that did delay completion. They worked within the budget we had requested and they had quoted, and took care of several items we had not thought of including. Very pleased with the result.

We have used Bob and Kim DuBree to remodel our bathroom and kitchen. The work was done beautifully, professionally, and on time and budget. Everyone who came into our home was respectful of our things, our time, and our schedule. Work was cleaned up every day with no disruption to the household. Definitely recommended!

Creative Contracting did an outstanding job with our kitchen remodel. Bob came up with a great design for our kitchen, and followed the whole project from beginning to end. The Creative crew was very professional and respectful. We worked very closely with Kevin, and felt very comfortable with his advice and suggestions. Any problems that arose were quickly addressed and remedied by Bob.

We have used Creative Contracting for two major projects. The first was a kitchen/eating area/powder room/laundry room renovation. The second was a renovation of our great room. Both projects turned out beautifully. They were very easy to work with. Bob and Kim worked with our style preferences and helped us make excellent choices while remaining conscious of the budget impact. They remained on the job for the duration of the project. We have had the artisans from Creative Contracting back to do three projects for a reason. They listen, then they take my ideas and create something I couldn't imagine being as beautiful as the finished product. They designed a spectacular bedroom complete with a fireplace and now, I write this review from my new kitchen --- It is beautiful. One of the unique attributes to this design - build firm is the family input. Bob is funny and certainly very capable and his wife Kim is a decorator. Too many choices overwhelm me, but Kim and Bob know us and really helped by narrowing choices to a level that (for me) was doable. That is, if you want the best in everything, you want to work with Creative Contracting

Creative Contracting has made fabulous upgrades to our home. From the design stage through construction, everyone is professional and knowledgable. Their designers take the time to really understand our style and create a perfect plan. The construction crews are neat and considerate of our space. We just keep adding projects!
