K M CASH was a great find! Pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced, dependable and honest. The communication with the project manager was outstanding and that carried through to all the sub-contractors and workers. All potential trouble areas were identified and solutions discussed prior to the project start, so while there were difficulties, there were no surprises or major budget issues. Our project involved creating a great room from 2 existing spaces; removing existing flooring and installing hardwoods on the entire 1st floor; granite countertops, sink and new appliances in the kitchen. Appliances were relocated in the process. All the rooms on the first floor were repainted including the kitchen cabinets. BEST CONTRACTOR EVER!

We have enjoyed working with KM Cash Remodeling on two projects. Keith is professional and definitely know his stuff. Our bathroom addition/room separation project came out better than I could imagine. Our second project is almost done; he's building a big two-car garage/workshop. Keith uses a great crew of workman. Kieth and the crew from K.M. Cash provided a outstanding remodeling job on my master bathroom. Keith was very open and provided me with a several options and configurations for my remodel. We hired KM Cash to build our home on the farm land we purchased. We were looking for a builder who is experienced with the particular construction specifics.
