We remodeled our kitchen in 2025 using Ken Bauer and we couldn’t be more pleased. Knew right away that Ken was someone we could work with and trust and we were right. Ken and everyone in his office were also very easy to work - patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering all our questions and concerns throughout the project. They always returned our phone calls in a polite, friendly and honest manner. They provided quality cabinets for installation as well as required plumbing work and provided sourcing of excellent electric and flooring contractors that work very closely with them. This made for a complete installation team working well together. All the “teams” were friendly, honest and showed attention to detail and pride in their work. Always cleaned up at day’s end. Our kitchen came out looking terrific and gave us great functionality and everything we were looking for. Highly recommend Ken Bauer Kitchens. A great company to work with!

Just finished our kitchen remodel with Ken Bauer and we couldn't be happier. Not only are they good at what they do but they are very professional and patient. They will literally hold your hand throughout the entire process if you want/need them to. They helped us schedule our marble templating and appliance delivery dates to work with cabinet installation - so no time was wasted waiting. Our entire kitchen project was completed ahead of schedule. We really didn't expect this project to go as smoothly as it did - and while our general contractor (recommended by Ken Bauer) had A LOT to do with that , Ken Bauer and his team were EXCELLENT throughout. We talked with about 5 different kitchen cabinet businesses in the area before choosing Ken Bauer. In terms of cabinet costs and installation - they came in at the middle of the pack. I'm glad we went with them - I feel we got so much more than cabinets.

Excellent drawings & planning, perfect installation, very high quality cabinets, a fair price, and overall super service. And they stayed within the 3-4 week target time frame. We couldn't be happier. We would choose them any time again without hesitation.

Ken Bauer Kitchens is one of the best kitchen design and installation firms in the kitchen business. Let alone completing most installations within a week, most kitchens get a return visit after one month to take care of any additional help, do adjustments, or whatever a customer might need to guarantee a completed job. The value they provide is second to none. When business is strong or the economy is a downturn, their pricing is always fair. They represent products to meet any clients budget and time frame. One customer had an appliance problem that Ken Bauer didn't even sell and they went out of their way to show the appliance manufacturer a problem with the design of the appliance. The customer got the problem appliance replaced because of their help. Ken Bauer Kitchens has been selling kitchens for over 30 years. They use that experience to make a the challenge of kitchen remodeling go as quickly and smoothly as possible. I highly recommend giving them a call when it is your turn to get a new kitchen.

Working with Ken Bauer Kitchens for our kitchen design/installation was a pleasure! Their showroom in Hillsdale has around 15-20 different kinds of cabinets fully built out and displayed, which was very helpful for my wife and me in choosing our cabinet style and color. Ken's sister Sandy sat with us and did our design, which improved the functionality of the kitchen dramatically, and the installation crew was very professional. They can handle everything, from tile to granite to plumbing to electrical work. We love our final product and highly recommend Ken Bauer Kitchens.

Overall experience very good. Firm is patient and knows how to handle customers. This is important because most people renovate their kitchen probably once, maybe twice in a lifetime. So there are few customers experienced with such large, expensive, and multifaceted renovations. Their patience is an extra asset. Ken Bauer kitchens also utilizes a low tech but very effective modeling tool to illustrate what your kitchen design/plan will look like. It is more or less a small scale 'doll house' system. Check it out, very effective. They also offer 4 different cabinet brands at different price points for a broader spectrum of customers. Install scheduling was also run on time and as expected. Again, overall good experience. They are a solid and experienced firm.
