My husband and I have done several large renovation projects over the years, and while we’ve always enjoyed the process, sometimes the promises do not meet expectations. I have to tell you that Cornerstone Remodeling, and Perry in particular, do what they say they’re going to do. We were on time, on budget—-a first!— and they truly followed through on every promise they gave us. I am not exaggerating. Every person that came into our home was respectful, on time, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company. You will not regret choosing them!

The Cornerstone Remodeling team is/was fantastic from start to finish on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. Extremely professional but also added that friendly charm that made everyone feel comfortable. They explained everything in great detail and always were willing to listen and answer each and every question our family had about the project. Very well organized, knowledgable and ON-TIME. We worked with Cornerstone Remodeling to reconfigure an under-utilized space in hour home, adding a guest room with full bath, and adding a deck off our dining room. Throughout the process, communication from the team was clear. They were responsive to our questions and we always knew what work was taking place and when it was going to happen. We are extremely happy with the final results and are already thinking of the next project that we can partner with Ken, Perry and the Cornerstone team on.

5 Stars is not high enough for Cornerstone Remodeling, can we double that? The Cornerstone team helped us revamp our kitchen, dining room and living room areas. Every step in the process from the first phone call that we made to Perry, to the last handshake thanking them for a job well done was flawless from our perspective. Flawless and as professional as it gets. We could not be happier with the finished product and the results are truly life changing. We could not have been happier with how the experience went, and that includes everyone that worked on the project. Perry, is fantastic at coordinating and providing a sense of comfort in what can be a very stressful experience. This past spring we had the pleasure of having Cornerstone Remodeling, Ltd remodel our condo master bathroom. We were extremely happy with the entire process from the planning stages and selection of products to the completion of the project. If I could give Ken, Perry and his crew 10 stars I would. The price as well as the professionalism and the attention to detail was second to none. They treated my home as if it was their own. Schedules were made and followed to a tee. From ruff in, to drywall, to plumbing, and flooring, all the fixtures were there and no waiting for any of the products to arrive all were on site and perfectly executed I would not hesitate to call on them again for any of my projects in the future

Ken and his team go above and beyond to make your vision to come to life. They carefully reviewed all needs of the project so we had a clear timeline and budget going in. They were able to hit both of those targets. Everyone who came into our home were professional and worked together to make sure their part was complete so the next team to come do their work. We purchased a property with tremendous potential based on land and location, fully knowing the internal needed updated and restructured. After multiple interviews and proposals, through a mutual friend I was introduced to Cornerstone. From the first introductory meeting I was impressed by the listening skills, understanding of our goals and focus to detail. Working with Perry and his process, the design, materials selection and planning phase became an absolute joy. The build portion of the project included the most professional and skilled workers I have ever met. The exceptional clean up every night, the continued pursuit of timelines, deadlines and progress was top of mind. I’ve never been around or worked with a group of more caring, kind and patient craftsman who truly wanted nothing more than our family to be happy through each step of the remodel. It’s hard for me to explain how thankful we are to have met, worked and completed the project on our home with the Cornerstone team.
