There are no words to describe how wonderful Erin is as both a designer and as a person. We collaborated on several projects as our older home needed a refresh and an overall new look. Specifically, we worked on our dining room, living room, family room and master bath over the last several years. All these projects were very enjoyable experiences at every stage. Erin offered great ideas but also listened to my thoughts as well. She is very well respected and works with the best people in Buffalo to assure all projects done are of the highest quality and value. We loved how everything turned out. Erin was simply amazing to work with. We wanted a whole bedroom makeover (flooring, paint, built-ins, furniture, lighting, decor/art) and she made the process so manageable and enjoyable! Not only did her eye for design help guide us in making our dream bedroom a reality, but she was so on top of everything that the process itself flowed perfectly. No stress whatsoever on our end. And the final product… just wow! I still think I’m dreaming when I enter our bedroom, it’s the perfect space to relax and feels truly like home. We love it so much and could not have higher praise for Erin!

We have lived in our home for 23 years and it was time for a refresh. The project started with wanting to replace a stair runner. We soon realized we needed a professional to help us. From our very first meeting, Erin put us at ease. She did an excellent job of listening to our preferences and helping us define a vision that we didn't even know we had. We especially appreciated her ability to translate our ideas into a concrete plan and simplify the decision-making process. She always listened and provided multiple options from which we could choose, all of which would work with our decor. Throughout the process, Erin was incredibly organized and an excellent communicator. She kept us updated on progress and was mindful of our budget. In the end, we refreshed our entry way, sitting room, dining room and living room. She also helped us repurpose decor we already owned and suggested moving some existing furniture into different rooms. The final result is simply stunning. The refreshed spaces are perfect, and the furniture, rugs, paint, wallpaper, fabrics, upholstery, lighting and decor items she sourced are even more beautiful in person. Our home has been transformed into a place we love to spend time and entertain our family and friends. It is a night-and-day transformation. We never could have achieved this result on our own. Erin made the entire decorating process so easy! She helped me narrow down choices quickly, making sure everything fit my vision without feeling overwhelming. Her expert eye for color and materials was invaluable, and she brought a fun, relaxed vibe to every conversation. Beyond her talent, I really enjoyed being in her company! I’ve worked with Erin for about a year on the first floor of our home. She’s always the professional and made the redecorating as easy as possible for me. We worked on our family room, breakfast room, dining room and office. She helped choose carpeting, window treatment and shades, paint color, brick for refacing our fireplace, 2 sofas, 2 chairs, ottoman and wood pieces in our family room. Breakfast room got new wall cover, window treatments, shades and rug. Kitchen paint color was changed and a new window treatment and shade. In the dining room we chose new furniture, wall color plus grass cloth, rug and window treatments. In our office Erin helped choose window treatments. Erin also helped me choose light fixtures, lamps, mirrors and art work. We shopped together for the furniture, carpet and rugs, and the brick for the fireplace. Erin made choosing what I needed fairly easy. She’d give me options and if I liked one I’d pick it or she’d choose more. Erin was always pleasant and punctual, and answered any questions I had. It was a pleasure working with her.

My husband and I decided the six rooms in the first level of our home needed a refresh after over 25 years of the same décor. This included our kitchen, family, living and dining rooms as well as an 1st floor in-law apartment with a full bathroom. Previous attempts to pick out colors and furnishings on our own had not been successful and we knew we needed help. Erin was referred to us by a good friend and thank the good Lord for that. She has so much more to offer than just her keen eye and expert design skills. She is a vision creator, vendor liaison, sometime construction supervisor, decision advisor and maker, client trainer, client budget advisor, personal counselor and problem solver when things go wrong. She is an expectation manger, time saver extraordinaire, art expert, meticulous down to the time she arrives for her appointments to the color of a pictures matting and framing. She is the full package. Her rates are reasonable and competitive. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and recommend her highly!

We previously worked with Erin during our kitchen remodel and more recently our family room. The primary reason for initially deciding to work with a designer -- it prevented us from making costly mistakes. We feel the designer fee is worth the cost because the benefits of the expertise results in the elimination of doubts and answers questions regarding such things as proportion, balance, lighting, color choices, fabrics and patterns, and many other details. Our purchases were always confidently made and it was fun to watch the changes take place. We've been extremely happy with the results. Erin is focused on the client and listens to concerns and desires. Her design suggestions not only met our preferences, they really brought our visions to life.

As we did home renovations over a two year period, Erin was very helpful in working with us as we accessorized 6 rooms during this process. She was responsive and listened closely to our needs, but encouraged us to get out of our "comfor zone". The end result was much better than we could have imagined without her assistance.

Best decision ever... Hiring Erin! In 2021, we were starting a master bathroom project. Not being gifted with an eye for color and style, it seemed best to hire a decorator. Erin guided us through the whole process. Cabinetry, tile, paint, fixtures, lighting, mirrors, shower doors, etc. Then we moved on to the master bedroom and shopped locally for furniture and carpeting. The beautiful custom window treatments were the finishing touch. Things went so well. that we continued on to the powder room and entry hallway. It was time for some wallpaper! Erin made selections and then we chose our favorite. Everyone compliments us on the fabulous new look! Pretty and timeless. In 2022, we added a covered porch. Erin was consulted for just a few color choices and fixtures. The little decisions make such a difference overall. We then started to redo the great room and breakfast area. Again, we met at our local furniture store to make selections. Finishing up with lovely woven wood shades on the windows completed the room in 2023. We just love the calm and inviting feel of the redecorated rooms. And the local suppliers provided excellent value and customer service. Erin is professional and approachable. She is confident, communicative, poised, and enthusiastic with an amazing eye for color. Erin will be a part of every home project we do from here on out!

I’ve been working with Erin for almost 2 years for my new build. She helped me with nearly every decision from exterior details (stone, siding, wood trim) to selecting flooring, paint, countertops, lighting, and now finishing touches with interior decor. Erin saved me so much time in making these decisions and helped to keep my selections cohesive and timeless.
