Chelsea helped us decorate the living room, kitchen, and guest bathroom of our new home. She helped us with everything from selecting the color of the stain for the wood floor to picking out the curtains, lighting fixtures, and all the furniture. It was a lengthy process, but the result is a polished and coherent design that is comfortable and functional. We get tons of compliments from all our visitors. She was great to work with and we love the end result. Thank you Chelsea!!

Working with Chelsea from Kept on our full gut renovation of our historic home was an absolute pleasure! She is experienced, talented, professional, & worked diligently to zero in on a design plan that met our needs & budget. Communication was always prompt, clear and she was extremely flexible. She not only provides high quality options and ideas, but helps to oversee each stage of the project to completion. We are excited to be working with her again on our next project at a new location.

Moved from out of state to the Hudson Valley to be closer to our very young grandchildren. Found a nice condo but everything was painted beige. My husband and I could not agree on what to paint the oddly-shaped living/dining area and he agreed to getting some help. Found Chelsea on the internet and she not only helped with the paint color but also with furniture that would tolerate our active and messy grandsons as well as our older knees (higher seats). She worked within our budget and somehow divined a color scheme that we would not have picked but that we both love. And all this done virtually during the pandemic. Highly recommend her.

I absolutely loved working with Chelsea! She completely transformed my master bedroom into the oasis I’ve always wanted. Her ability to make the room airy yet cozy and so tranquil & inviting makes it the perfect place to retire to for the night. Chelsea is absolutely amazing and made my vision come to life. My living room is exactly what I was dreaming of, but was unable to achieve myself. Chelsea listens and guides, while being completely professional, prompt, and hard working. She uses a variety of vendors and stays within budget. My favorite part of Chelsea’s services are her well described directions and visual guides. I not only received a beautiful room, but also learned about interior design, all thanks to her. She is by far the best of the best!

We recently moved to a new house and I was overwhelmed with what to with the layout and decor in our family room so I considered hiring a designer for the first time. Chelsea came highly recommended from a friend. After speaking to her about the design process and convincing my husband she was worth the investment we began working with Chelsea in November. Chelsea and her assistant did a wonderful job with the layout and complete design of our space. She was very easy to work with and very responsive to any changes or questions we had. I really enjoyed working with Chelsea because I am an indecisive person so she helped capture our style and saved me a million trips to furniture stores which I typically do when designing a room on my own. Our room is 95% complete as we are awaiting one more piece of furniture to arrive but we couldn't be happier with the space. It is simply beautiful, bright and kid friendly. We would highly recommend Chelsea for any projects you are looking to do!

I had never thought of using an interior designer before, but the time came when I was going to be living on my own for the first time, and I realized I had no idea where to start. I looked around and talked to multiple designers through their consultation process, and there was nobody as transparent, honest, thoughtful, responsive, and easy to work with as Chelsea—in any price range. Combined with her professionalism, attention to detail, organization, and listening in on exactly what I was looking for, it was an easy decision for me to choose to work with her. We’re all familiar with the challenges and growing pains of learning to live our lives remotely these days. However, Chelsea and her company have been one of the only ones I’ve seen where this isn’t a hinderance. Regardless of where you are, she is always there to answer questions, and works in such a way that you feel like she is in your living space with you helping you plan and design your project. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chelsea to anyone working on any sized project at any budget level. I felt like decorating and furnishing my small, studio important received the same attention and effort from her as if I were designing every room from scratch in a 10,000 square foot mansion. Chelsea is someone who truly takes pride in her work—both in the end results and in the client. I will definitely be working with her on my next place.

I am so happy I used Chelsea. Initially, I didn’t think that I couldn’t afford a professional interior designer, but after talking with Chelsea for the initial consultation I realized that her services were affordable and she could help me achieve the vision that I was struggling to put together. I worked with her remotely and the entire process was very easy. She helped me finish up my living room, dining room, and kitchen. Chelsea was attentive, quick to respond and answer questions, and mindful of my budget. I loved being able to order the items she sourced for me myself. I am so pleased with how my condo turned out. I would recommend working with Chelsea. I love my home now and can’t wait to use her again for future projects.

I just moved from a one bedroom apartment in Brooklyn to a large home in the Hudson Valley area. While purchasing my home was a dream come to, I felt overwhelmed making my house a home with such little furniture, but thankfully I found Chelsea!!! Chelsea has helped me with three rooms so far and I couldn't be happier! She is professional, attentive and truly brought my vision to life. Chelsea spent about an hour on the phone with me before the design process even started, so she could fully understand my lifestyle and vision. She even asked where I like to go clothes shopping, which to me is such an important question! In addition, Chelsea answered any questions in a promptly manner and she stayed within my budget! I cannot recommend her enough to my family and friends, and I can't wait to have Chelsea design my next space! I will post pictures once all my furniture is delivered!

Chelsea is absolutely wonderful to work with! She really listened to everything we wanted and needed for the space and we love her design. She made sure to make it functional all while being beautiful and cozy. She is very responsive and has made this whole experience beyond easy. Chelsea has helped me with 6 rooms so far in our new house, with everything from making paint and kitchen cabinet hardware selections all the way to completely designing several spaces from a blank slate. I was entirely new to professional interior design and she made the process so easy and fun.
