I was very impressed with their work. The detail was excellent, I was out of town while they did the work. I was pleasantly surprised to see how good it looks. When I got back. They didn’t leave a mess cleaned up.. Ben kept me updated on everything. It was very easy to communicate and professional.

After getting several estimates, I choose the Keselman Construction Group to build a half-bath in my basement. They were not the least expensive, but the estimate was fair and I left our initial meeting feeling confident that the job would be done right...and it was! The craftsmen were excellent. Not only were they skillful, they were neat, clean and orderly. I was most impressed with the project manager, Ivan T. He is a great communicator. He keep me abreast of everything. I can't thank him enough. I can't leave out the ladies in the office who are knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so proud of my new bathroom. It's absolutely beautiful!

We recently wrapped up a full house remodel with Keselman Construction. It involved all 4 floors of our house and included a full bath remodel (2.5), a kitchen remodel, stairwells, framing, drywall, painting, custom carpentry, asbestos removal, plumbing, electrical, flooring and ceilings. We interviewed a dozen general contractors (2 were referrals) and I'm so glad we chose Keselman! They handled our project with the utmost workmanship and professionalism. Our estimator was spot on in the original quote, our designer was intuitive and honest, our PM was organized and diligent, and the construction professionals were very skilled and polite. While most construction projects are hairy by nature and delayed (ours was no exception), I still give Keselman a 10/10. Their high standard of work is evident through the people they choose to hire, the respectful way they treat their customers and the final craftsmanship displayed throughout our whole home.

We have worked with Keselman on two major projects over the last 4 years. We did a major kitchen renovation including removing walls, moving a window, etc. And then more recently, we replaced a large backyard deck with a larger deck including a roof attached to the house & an outdoor kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about everyone we encountered at this company. Hiring a contractor is so stressful & you hear such horror stories so I am so happy to have found Keselman! From the first interaction with a project coordinator to the final inspection, every step was handled with professionalism, great communication & most important, honesty. Any challenges (all projects have them) were handled quickly & professionally & we were in the loop every step of the way. Aside from all of that, the work done by them & their subcontractors, from design to cleanup, has been above & beyond our expectations. His communication, professionalism & attitude is just the best. I have recommended Keselman to many people & I know that a number of them have taken my advice & have been very pleased as well. We hired Keselman to repair extensive damage to our house when strong winds brought down a 60 foot tree on our roof. Keselman Construction Group - Tony, Peter, Ben, and the team were professional, organized, and maintained great communication with us through every step of the repair process. Very professional. Everything was completely transparent. Project manager stayed calm and polite at all times, even when things went wrong. In the past, I had done a small project with a different company, and anything that could have gone wrong did. This time, we did a large project (3-story addition plus waterproofing), and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and almost no mishaps. Would only use them in the future.

Keselman just finished a first floor renovation that included the kitchen, mudroom, laundry room, guest bathroom, front entrance, living room and dining room. We recently completed a kitchen remodel project with the Keselman Construction Company and are thrilled with the result. Their sales and design teams were polite, pleasant, kind, professional and knowledgeable. The project manager Sergiy maintained terrific communication throughout. All of the artisans craftspeople showed up when they said they would and did efficient and beautiful work. One worker was nicer than the next. They were polite and worked as quietly with as little disruption as possible. Their process was thorough and seamless. We were asked what they could have done better and I am afraid we cannot think of a thing. It was a terrific experience and look forward to our next construction project with them.

We just completed three-bathroom renovations with Keselman. I originally had a contract with another GC, but that GC was so unorganized and changed the quote significantly even after we signed a contract, I had no choice but to look elsewhere. I reached out to Keselman after seeing the positive reviews. From the beginning, I had a much more professional experience. Kirk came over in order to look at our bathrooms and provide a quote. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with a very detailed line by line-item quote, so I felt very much more in control with the projects ahead of us. Kirk assigned Jessica, a designer to our project and helped us pick great finishes and other items for our bathrooms. We had a nice time meeting Jessica at the tile store, etc. We then met Sergiy and Peter (an owner at Keselman). Sergiy was the project manager and was truly excellent in managing his crew. He responded timely to my questions and concerns. He was very patient with me given I don't know a lot about construction. I found every member of the Keselman crew, the subs included, to be very pleasant and respectful, and most importantly skilled! I actually enjoyed having them in my home. We are planning another project with Keselman, which is to add a master bath extension to our house. Even my architect, who has worked with a lot of GCs, is impressed by them and plans to recommend them to his clients. I am very grateful that I found Keselman Construction. I do believe the other GC would have taken advantage of me given his lack of professionalism, lack of organization and responsiveness. I had the opposite experience with Keselman Construction and look forward to working with them on my extension. As an example, I have attached a couple of photos from my three-bathroom renovation. We just finished renovating our entire kitchen and living space, and we are thrilled with our experience with Keselman. From start to finish we were happy with the experience. The quality speaks for itself, and you can see in their reviews and website that they do great work. But what you may not see is how great their communication and professionalism are, and you have to work with them to really get a sense of that. They really went above and beyond to make the project go smoothly. We were assigned a professional designer (Jessica) to help us brainstorm ideas and give us recommendations. She even spent half a day touring warehouses and stores to find the perfect countertops, floors, hardware, tiling, and paint. She made beautiful renders so we could see exactly what our space would look like, and she was always nice, upbeat, and super helpful. Our project manager was Sergiy, and we were very happy with him as well. We have never done a project like this, so we weren't exactly sure how it was supposed to go. But Sergiy was patient with us and communicated with us every step of the way. He gave us a heads up when workers would be coming, he gave us status updates for the project, he let us know if there was a problem, and if they were ever unsure about how we wanted something to be done, he simply asked to make sure they were doing it right. He was super professional and always kind and patient. Tony oversaw the project from a high level, working with us on the cost and being patient as we modified the project to fit out budget. He offered recommendations for cost-savers without sacrificing quality, and just like everyone else, he was great to work with. I can't recommend Keselman more, and we will definitely be working with them on our next project.

Overall, we had a very good experience with the Keselman group. We are so pleased with the walk-in-closet and master bathroom remodel on our 2nd floor and the craftsmanship has held up very well so far. While definitely not the least expensive option when it came to contractors/builder teams, we are really happy we ended up going with them. They were considerate, cleaned up nicely after the project was done, and seemed to contract out to quality services. We would higher them again if we were ever to do another addition.

Very pleased with our main floor remodel (kitchen, half bath, laundry, living room). They were excellent with communication from beginning to end. He would let me know each morning if they would be working and went over all the details with me. Very professional organization. Great value on quality and price. Cleanup was thorough The work was on a very old house so sometimes un-predicable things come up. Their change order was handled professionally and at a fair price. I was able to see the needed work and go over the pricing. The true test of a contractor is when unexpected things come up and the Kesselman organization passed the test.

We hired Keselman Construction to completely reconstruct and remodel two bathrooms. Their workmanship, cleanliness, and personnel were all excellent. They made a concerted effort to make sure we were satisfied with the outcome of the project, including working with us to address some small modifications to the project scope as the remodeling progressed. Most of all, everyone involved in the project was very easy and enjoyable to work with, especially our project manager Sergiy. I found Keselman Construction Group on Houzz. They recently did a large scale remodel for our downtown Cleveland condo. They were professional and on time and kept the work area clean. When we made changes or additions, they were responsive and prompt in getting the necessary quotes. Overall, the quality of work is excellent. We would definitely use them again! Keselmans did our Master bath renovation. Petr was our job foreman and he is an excellent communicator. My exterior remodeling project required a number of core competencies including construction of a new front porch, roofing, siding, new windows, masonry, and accent stone work, which only the Keselman Construction Group was able to provide the "one-stop shopping" required. The workers were friendly and professional and provided the highest quality of workmanship and materials. Though the weather was uncooperative the work crews were diligent in completing their segments of the project and thoroughly cleaning up after themselves. My home looks more like a newly built house according to the numerous complements from the neighbors. I will use the Keselman Group again for my future interior remodeling, as well.

Keselman Construction rebuilt our home after it was seriously damaged. They tore it down to the studs and replaced everything, from the walls, to the siding, to the roof, to the floors, to the electrical system. It was a huge project, and a worrisome one. We wanted a safe home to return to, but we also had a limited amount of time and energy to devote to the project. I cannot imagine going through this with any other construction company and feel very fortunate to have had their help. Zach, Tony, Vitaly, Dave, Tony, and the whole crew were a pleasure to work with. They were each, as one of their references said, “really good people who know their stuff.” We could fully count on each of them to do their best for us, and take full responsibility for their work, to work cooperatively with us, to be fair and honest, and to be reasonable and flexible, to be kind, and to be knowledgeable and professional. Zach said that we would get a schedule of the work to be completed each week, and would be notified when it was done. And that is what happened. Vitaly was our project manager. Throughout the duration of the project, there was always someone working in our house and tasks were completed on time. Everyone Vitaly brought into our house was friendly, professional, and did high quality work. Vitaly earned our complete trust and while we could have been as involved as we wanted, we were able to leave the details to him. We mainly made decisions about what should go into the house and what it should look like and for that we also had the help of a wonderful designer, Channi. Vitaly and Channi guided us through the rebuild: they helped us make the many decisions in a timely manner and kept us within budget. We have moved back into our house and we know it is safe- it has passed a number of inspections with compliments from inspectors. It is also beautiful beyond our expectations. Everything was completed expertly from the doors to the floors, to the molding to the paint to the tile to the switches. Their excellent workmanship shows in every corner of the house.

I was a first time home buyer with the 203k loan and Keselman Group executed my renovation project. My entire house was gutted and remodeled, it's truly unreal how much work was completed in 5 months. Their team is very hard working and polite. Their tile work was fantastic, my walls & ceilings rebuilt, the roof was done in less than 3 days including skylights, both electrical and plumbing were 100% replaced, new HVAC installed, new insulation, flooring, windows and all new kitchen cabinetry installed... they literally did everything. Super responsive, I never had questions go unanswered and they definitely helped me survive this project! Most importantly I trusted them, that was a huge factor in my decision to choose them. They're all good guys and 100% gave me a beautiful home!!

I always hear terrible story about contractors.But my experience with the Keselman on our full bathroom remodel was nothing short of amazing.Every one that was involved in this project were professional, organized, polite group of people.Pavel and his team was wonderful, No drama. Contracted with Keselman Construction to completely tear out and redo three '70's' bathrooms. From the beginning of tear out to the finishing touches, Petr and his team were thorough, meticulous and professional along with each and every particular craftsman/woman that had a part in this remodel. I needed a contractor who understood how the 203k program worked. I had two previous contractors, who both bailed because they found the process to complicated. But Keselman had no issues or problems at all with the 203k process. And I was blessed to have found this Construction company! God works in mysterious ways and when the other two contractors bailed it was a blessing in disguise!! I wound up with a fabulous contractor! Professionals! I had some issues, not with my loan, but with paper work not getting to the right people, this was not Keselmans fault, but my banks fault! But they were extremely patient with my bank!! I loved these guys! I cannot say enough good things abut them. Pasha and his team were there at every turn and explained everything to me, answered my question and always got back with me if I text-emailed or called him. Keselman Construction Group definitely went over and above on more than one occasion! I know they had other customers to work with other than myself, however they never made me feel less important. Honesty and integrity is what I look for when working with contractors, and I found it in Keselman Construction. I hire them multiple times a year and they always perform at a fair price. I have also used them many times at my personal home. They do excellent work and treat everyone with honor and respect--I highly recommend Keselman!

I am so grateful that we selected Keselman for our first floor renovation. Our kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom all turned out so wonderful. They were really great to work with the entire time and surpassed my expectations. They were extremely prompt in responses, always keeping us updated, always treating us with such respect and keeping a tidy workspace every evening. (this was so important to us with three little ones and living through the renovation) It was truly a pleasure working with them and you can tell they keep their standards consistent with their contractors also. Any small hiccup or change that arose they were prompt to help us remedy and it never became a headache. Everyone had the same high standards of performance and attitude -- it didn't occur to me how important that all would be until we were knee deep in the project. I am extremely grateful and have been recommending them to everyone who asks. I would definitely use them again.
