We cannot overstate how happy with are with our decision to work with Kevin and Crystal Pools! We began discussing our pool with Kevin three years before it was installed. He was never pushy. He took plenty of time to describe the process and options for our budget even though the project was so far in the future. When it came time to install, he made everything so easy and enjoyable. Kevin is one of the most responsive contractors we have ever worked with and always answered our texts and calls within minutes, if not seconds. Having his dad, Jeff, on the job installing plumbing was also a great testament to the quality of work they put forth as a family run business. The pool came out absolutely beautiful, and Kevin still takes the time to respond to our questions about operating the equipment long after the install finished. It feels like he became a part of our family. We love our pool and would build again with Kevin and Crystal Pools ten times out of ten.

I’m a perfectionist of sorts and wanted a seasoned installer. The landscape architect and I developed the design and materials, but Crystal Pools dug the hole, installed and finished the pool. I really liked how easy going, confident, seasoned, and collaborative that Kevin and his team were. He knew that I was particular about details and was patient with me along the way where others might have not. It’s been two years and our pool works and looks great. We’ve had no installation or maintenance issues. Very grateful to Crystal Pools to partner with us in making our house top notch!!!

From my initial inquiry through pool completion Kevin was always patient, attentive and eager to address any of my questions or concerns. Our 12'x52' lap pool was completed in 6 weeks which my kids were certainly appreciative! Highly recommend Kevin if you are looking to build a pool in the New Orleans area!

Crystal Pools and Spas installed a salt water pool and fire pit in my back yard. They helped design the landscaping and gave me feedback on how I could pull the backyard all together to have the total package. They have been very helpful by answering any questions I have had and have gone above and beyond with any of my pool needs. Very trustful and respectable business. I would definitely recomend this company to my friends and family.

Crystal pools displayed the utmost professionalism, and workmanship throughout the whole process of building our pool and spa. We could not be happier with the process from start to finish, and Kevin continues to respond to any questions or needs we may have. Crystal Pools added a spa to my pool and replastered the pool and replaced the pool decking. They did a good job and finished on time and were a slight bit over budget due to measuring discrepancy of the decking.

Kevin listened well to what we wanted in a pool area then bid clearly so that we understood what we were getting. Kevin suggested small tweaks and improvements and, if additional cost, clearly discussed this at each step. The result is a pool of our design that meets all objectives. Quality work and materials. His contractors for each stage were top quality. Entire construction time went over a bit but only due to extreem winter/wet weather and was in line with what is reasonable. And Kevin has always been there when I have follow up questions about maintenance since this was our first swimming pool. Great job!

Kevin and his team did a great job. Kevin always made himself very accessible to answer any questions. Our biggest hurdle was trying to manage the schedule through the busiest part of the pool construction season and I'm happy to say we succeeded. We are very happy with the quality and commitment Kevin and his team gave us.
