Our home built by Allendale- designed by Kevin Martin - each day brings incredible enjoyment beyond our expectations. He welcomed our close collaboration, and Kevin was patient, listening to our ideas- and never hesitated to share his professional opinions while redesigning the space according to what we discussed. Kevin is a hard worker, who understands all of the intricacies and scopes of the project. He also played a role as a project manager, and brought in the finest builders/tradesman to complete the job. I have had several jobs completed by Allendale Design and Build. The latest was architectural drawings for a 2nd floor addition to my ranch house. Kevin is easy to work with and designed a spectacular 2nd floor. It looks great and I receive so many complements on the design.

Project: 1250 sqft. Great Room addition and Kitchen renovation, Northern NJ It has been a real pleasure to work with Kevin Martin from Allendale Design Build. We contacted Kevin based on a succussful project completed in our neighborhood. Kevin promptly scheduled a meeting at our residence to review our project. He listened to our concepts and visions for our dream addition and produced conceptual drawings taking into consideration all our concerns and added insight and "value added engineering" to produce a budget conscience scope of work. Kevin provided all required documentation for us to receive a variance and building permits from the municipality, "holding our hand' through the complete process. The real "value" of using Kevin for this project has been the "Service after the Sale". As with every project come changes and the need to address problems during the construction. Kevin promptly re-engage the project with a smile. He worked with our contractor and us to address all my "on the fly" changes and concerns. Allendale Build Design, LLC designed an efficient and functional plan for our 2 car garage that was beautiful and perfect for our house.
