Hello Qiana Mosely, thank you for your feedback. We would first like to apologize for the unfortunate situation you are dealing with. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

We went over all the information, recorded phone calls, invoices, and notes from our plumbers.
You called us out for a sewer problem on 6/26/2024, our guys came and rodded it out. We gave you estimates per your request, on a 40 gallon water heater installation, sump pump replacement, battery backup system, removal of garbage disposal, basket strainer installation, 2 p-traps installation, and to create an accessible clean out under your sink. Invoice was signed at the bottom.

You called us on 4th of July, early in the morning around 1AM. Dispatch returned your phone call at 7AM. We informed you that, our plumber on call were only doing emergency calls, we explained if it was an emergency to give us a call back.
Your partner called us on Friday, July 5th to schedule to have one of our plumbers come back out. When our plumber arrived, you/partner, stated that you had another company out there rodding it out. Our plumber recommended that we camera the line, which was scheduled for Monday, July 8th, 2024.

On Monday, July 8th, 2024, our plumber came out and cameraed (video line inspected the line) the line. Upon diagnoses, our plumber saw and notified you the line was broken leaving the house. We gave you an estimate for the repairs that needed to be done. Our plumber also noticed and notified you, that your ground water sump pump is tied into your sewer line, which is what caused so much damage when your sewer line was backed up.

Your ground water pump is not allowed to tie into your sewer for exactly this reason, is it illegal.

We notified you in writing and in person, the repairs that needed to be done.
The invoice was signed and acknowledged by you every time we were out there.
It is unfortunate what you are dealing with, but unfortunately, we are not at fault.

We can provide you with every invoice to show you that our plumbers were out there, and did provide you with a solution to the problem. We were responsive and communicated with you along the way.

When purchasing a home, it is your responsibility to have the home inspected, so you wouldn’t have to deal with issues like this. We understand your frustration, we wish you the best of luck.
