We chose KFA to build our forever home based on their experience, reputation, and backdoor references. It was a custom build that completed in 2024. From start, Karim and team walked us through the process from design to demo, and from budget to build. The house looks beautiful but more importantly everything you can’t see is 100% mechanically sound. We love our new home and do not hesitate to recommend KFA to our friends and family.

It was over two years ago when we walked into KFA’s office and discussed the home building process. Of course that’s if most things in the process go as planned. Well, they did not. The world was and still is dealing with a global pandemic that affected the supply chain of many goods and resulted in various work restrictions. The process had its challenges, but KFA Homes was always there by our side to thoughtfully navigate us through. They were patient and took the time to educate us and explain all the options that were available. We feel very fortunate to have purchased our home from KFA. It’s important to note that our home was not a custom build, that said we’re very happy with every aspect of our home, from the architecture and interior design to the care and finish of the construction and build. Beyond the house itself, we’ve sincerely appreciated how engaged and attentive they’ve been since we moved in. They’ve always picked up the phone and done their best to accommodate our inquiries by swinging by the house to chat. Their customer service team is truly amazing - they’ve naturally become our friends. We purchased a new home built by KFA Homes in 2018. The house had everything we were looking for in a modern house: energy efficiency, NEST thermostat, built-in vacuum and security system. The house has a lot of thoughtful and high quality details and fixtures that impressed us upon our first viewing. The service that we have received from KFA has been excellent and they were responsive and open to addressing any deficiencies both before our move in date and at the one year anniversary.
