My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

We hired Kildare in October 2019 to update our 20+ year old master bathroom. We showed Derm several photos of the style and look we wanted (traditional, but with modern fixtures and vanity). He over-delivered and we could not of been happier with the results. He helped us select everything from the tiles, vanity, shower and sink fixtures, as well as lighting. After the end of each day, the crew would vacuum, wipe down, and cleanup their workspace (big +). Derm has a keen eye when it comes to quality and detail, and his team were so professional from day one. Will 100% be working with Derm again for our next project

We had an excellent experience with Kildare and its principal Dermot Kearney. The quality of the work and the attention to detail were very impressive and Dermot and his staff always took the time to explain the progress of the work and to leave their work space clean and tidy.
