This is the second time we've used Brian. Very satisfied! He has done a sunroom addition, deck, basement, etc... Everyone is polite and respectful. Very happy with his work.

Brian was great to work with on the renovation of our family room. He worked with us to transform our space from the '80's to today, including the removal of a wall, wetbar, and paneling. He installed drywall, lighting, a built in, faux beam, and flooring. Brian kept us informed throughout the project, the space looks amazing and we look forward to working with him again!

i could not be more pleased with the work brian collier has done on our house. he has been prompt, thorough, skilled. if a scheduling problem arose--or he was delayed in getting to our work--he alerted us to the delay via email or phone to let us know when he would complete the work. indeed, brian came over when we had a plumbing crisis (not his area of expertise, he told us) and prevented what could have been a disaster. i would whole-heartedly recommend brian for projects large and small. michael quint--wayne, pa.

Collier builders did extensive trimwork in my house including a new fireplace mantel, chair railing and shadow box wainscoting. The project turned out beautifully. Collier builders were on time, respectful of the family, cleaned up, and paid extra attention to detail in a detail-oriented project. I plan on hiring them again for future projects.

We hired Collier Builders in December 2014 for work to prepare our home for sale. Exterior siding repair and interior wall replacement were the major tasks performed. Also on the list were minor electrical tasks. The work had to be completed on a short schedule to meet the home settlement date. Brian was great to work with throughout the process. The tasks were scoped and detailed properly. The work was priced appropriately and fully explained. We were given regular updates on progress once the project was underway. Brian was immediately responsive to our requests. Everything was completed on time and as described. Our buyers commented on the fine condition of the home upon taking ownership. All in all, we feel we received value and professional workmanship. We would work with Collier Builders again and recommend them to others.

We had an old wooden deck that we wanted to have composite material installed. Work was completed and looks great!! Work was completed in a timely manner considering all the bad weather we had been experiencing over the winter.

We hired Brian to finish our basement. They did a great job building my husbands office and an additional sitting area. We will definitely use them again. Whenever there were any questions or changes they were right on it and got back to us immediately.

Collier Builders created custom built-ins around my wood burning fireplace. They look amazing. Brian and his team were great to work with, and always left the house neat and tidy when they left for the day. His team even did some electrical work to move outlets and hang our flat screen tv above the fireplace - other contractors we spoke to were going to have to outsource that work to an electrician which would have cost us a lot more money (and time). We plan to use Collier Builders for more projects in our house - small and large. I would definitely recommend giving Brian a call.

Brian and his team were hired to remodel our laundry room after a leak. Brian provided his welcomed opinion during the design process and gave us suggestions how to make the best use of our space, along with staying on budget. He and his team were on time, neat and most importantly, finished the job within the time range they provided (sooner I believe) and were extremely professional. I would recommend them without reservation.

Brian and his guys handled exterior trim replacements and general repairs and painting. We could not be happier with the work quality and craftsmanship, and sometimes innovative but sound solutions that saved cost. Highly recommended.

Brian did a fantastic job. The project was completed in a timely manner with our budget in mind and he provided exactly what we wanted. Besides the work turning out really well, he also provided great customer service. He was easy to talk to and responsive to questions and concerns we had. He was also flexible with adjustments we made during the project. The project included replacing old sliding doors with beautiful French doors, replacing siding on the back of the house and adding interior wood trim around the door to match the existing style. It looks beautiful. We would highly recommend Brian as a contractor.
