I worked with Kim on a whole home remodel. Creative, accessible and easy to work with, Kim provided options and solutions for two bathroom remodels, construction, finishes, and whole house decorating. I relied heavily on her picks and taste for all the elements of my project.

When our daughter purchased her first home earlier this year we enlisted the services of Kim Gatto Interior Design. What was once a dark, drab and outdated condo is now a bright, cheerful and contemporary home. We couldn't possibly be more pleased!!! The first time we met with Kim she got right to work, taking several pictures, measurements and notes, and she listened intently as our daughter conveyed her lengthy wish list.. Within a week Kim presented us with a comprehensive binder of design plans for our consideration. Having someone as experienced as Kim deal with your contractor is priceless. The remodel was fairly extensive and could have been so stressful if not for Kim calmly and professionally handling every detail. You can also be confident in her considerable knowledge regarding structural changes, guaranteeing you will avoid any costly mistakes. While Kim has a clear understanding of which furniture pieces deserve your investment, she also knows where to purchase inexpensive accessories. Her ability to mix and blend styles with ease promises you won't end up with a cookie cutter or overly trendy design as well. Our daughter is truly thrilled with and so very proud of the home Kim created for her, and it's important to note, Kim accomplished it all while being very pregnant!!! We are and will be forever grateful.

If I could give Kim 100 stars, I would! She is truly that amazing. Kim is professional, accessable, knowledgeable, easy to work with, listens and truly gets to know her clients. We have lived in our home over 30 years making only minor improvements over the years. A complete overhaul was due, furniture and accessories included. Recommended by a friend, Kim came on board and took every task to heart. She was very involved in the design from the start, helping interview contractors, visiting showrooms with us, making layout suggestions and reconfiguring every room in our home to best utilize space. She dealt with the contractor throughout the entire project, making sure he was working within the timeline and budget. Kim's knowledge of construction is invaluable as she was able to stay on top of sub contractors to make sure everything was installed correctly. She also followed through when items were delivered with problems, going back to vendors and correcting the problem. Kim did a majority of the shopping for us, bringing new, fresh ideas to our tired old home. Our entire home was completed within 4 1/2 months. When we moved back in it was like being on a home remodel show complete with tears flowing. It was simply fabulous! Kim's attention to detail is impeccable. She captured everything we wanted plus more. There is no way we would have been able to do what Kim has done for us. Do not hesitate to hire Kim for your next project. You will not be disappointed, rather you will be overwhelmed with joy! She is the definitely the best investment we have ever made to our home!

I found Kim on Instagram while searching around for interior designers and her unique, custom wall that she created, caught my eye. I'm glad I didn't skim over her work as now I thank my lucky stars that I found her! I am a hair salon owner in La Jolla, Ca. and recently went through a complete build out to create my new salon space. At first I wasn't sure if it would be necessary for me to hire an interior designer as I had a pretty good vision of what I wanted to create. What I learned through the process, it's extremely time consuming to shop for every single detail necessary to bring a vision to life and can end up being more expensive if you don't have the eye, advice, and guidance of a professional. I've also learned there are so many details to know about design and rough construction - such as framing, finishing, furnishing and decorating. This is where Kim really shines! She can create 3 dimensional electronic drawings, she knows about the entire construction process which is crucial and probably the important detail, she works extremely hard. Ever since I hired her for my project, I'm pretty sure I've said, "I'm so grateful I have Kim's help, I couldn't do this without her" at least 3 times a day. I could go on and on about how incredible she is and how lucky you would be to have her as your interior designer but I'll try to keep it simple. Her eye is exceptional, she truly has a gift for turning nothing into something, a blank canvas into a masterpiece. She is extremely professional, trustworthy, honest, and present though out the whole job. If you have to pull permits or be to code for your job/remodel Kim knows her stuff. In a room full of construction workers, contractors, and architects, she knows just as much as them (if not more) and will speak up for what she feels is right, and she is always right! Like I said, I can go on and on, but just trust that you are in the absolute best hands with Kim. I'm convinced I hit the lotto when scrolling on Instagram for designers that day I found her.

Kim is simply the the one to assist you on your design project, regardless of its size. Heartbridge was lucky enough to have used Kim on several projects in Phoenix. Each project came came out above the expected. Her ability to mix styles and show you things that you're appalled by but put them together and they're fantastic is beyond words. When my husband and I bought our first home we could only afford a fixer upper. We hired Kim to design our kitchen/family room but she ended up helping with so much more. She took the time to partner with us and truly understand our vision and help us achieve our design goals, while working within our budget. Having a professional on our side took all of the stress out of the renovation process. We now have our dream kitchen thanks to Kim and I know we will see a HUGE return on our investment when we go to sell our home. If we ever do, not sure I'll be able to find a better kitchen! Overall, Kim was able to take a closed off, dark, dated kitchen/family room and turn it into an open, light bright, entertaining space where we spend the majority of our time, all while doing so in a timely and cost effective manner.
