Was given a $3,500 total budget to stage a new build. Exceeded $6,000 with no approval. Did not even complete the staging: left 3 out of 5 bedrooms unfinished, giving us no option but to spend a day acquiring the furniture and placing ourselves to be ready in time for Parade of Homes. Purchased items without approval. Purchased different hardware than she was directed to. Paid a “helper” over $100/hour to move things around. Most unprofessional of all is taking credit for build design work that she had absolutely nothing to do with. I do not recommend using her services. I HIGHLY recommend you have a signed contract for your project budget if you decide to use her services.

KJS helped us during on home construction through finishing touches. Kim is fantastic to work with and we get many compliments on our home.

We love working with Kim Scott! She is creative, prompt, positive and practical. She finds ways to repurpose items. In addition she is fantastic with color. We can't wait for our project to be complete.
