King Home Remodeling is the company I selected for my ADU project and this was one of my best decisions. The presence of a granny flat offers immense benefits but there are construction hassles to bear. You need to know about the rules and understand quality construction materials. This is where I was lacking and relied upon them to fill the gap. This team did not let me down and initially briefed me on all the regulations that must be followed for the construction. I told them categorically my vision of a granny flat and they took up the execution challenges. They obtained permits from the City Council and then touched the construction. The unit now stands and it seems to be a replica of what I had communicated to them. I have found them to be a professional but friendly team and am ready to recommend them to anyone who needs skilled ADU construction work.

The team at King Home Remodeling was nice to interact with as they did the necessary renovations to my living space. They did quality time-bound work renovating my home and that impressed me. They changed the floors, baseboards and even added crown molding. I would be looking forward to working with them in the future.

I had contacted King Home Remodeling to build an attached ADU within my property. The ADU is now in place and I must say that the association has been great. They took up the entire headache for the permits and used the best material for the construction. My ADU is now standing and the design, the layout of the interior is just the way I had wanted it to be.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen and contacted Johnny at King Home Remodeling. We also needed some work done to touch up the exterior of our house. After getting quotes from several contractors, we were very impressed with Johnny's depth of knowledge and professional approach. He gave us a fair assessment of the work to be done, and provided a detailed breakdown of all components of the job with associated cost estimates. Once the work was scheduled, the whole project was completed relatively quickly, and. We are very impressed with the quality of the work, and would happily do business with Johnny again. They were very flexible with the work we wanted done, and adapted the plan as we went along. It was very easy to get in touch with Johnny and other members of the company, both before and during the working period. Contract review and payments were a breeze, and the whole process went very smoothly. Thanks very much for the excellent job!

We have had the privilege of working with the team at King Home Remodeling, headed by Johnny. They undertook the task of remodeling our home living spaces and transforming them completely into beautiful rooms and hallway. I love the textured look the floor provides, from the variances in tone from plank to plank to the subtle knots that set it apart from a laminated floor. We used to have a shiny laminate that showed every speck of dust and footprints, but this floor looks gorgeous all the time. I highly recommend this flooring. During the renovation, we noticed the attention the team paid to every little detail. Johnny and the team worked tirelessly to create something that catered to our taste. It with a great sense of pride that we acknowledge the tremendous efforts of all the hard work put in by the team at King Home Remodeling, from the very first stage of coming up with the first set of drawings to the completion of our beautiful home. Their workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism has been outstanding!

Our interaction with Johnny was quite a coincidence since we had been looking at making a total kitchen transformation for 2 months. We were looking for a reliable and experienced kitchen contractor online when I came across King Home Remodeling's profile and loved their portfolio. Johnny has a magical way of presenting opportunities.... so I took down the phone number and called them. An appointment with Johnny, the project manager was set up for the next day. We were impressed with his promptness and knowledge on kitchen layout, size, dimensions, as she suggested cabinet removals and island additions. He took detailed measurements and days later presented a computerized layout of a brand new kitchen design. On our next appointment to discuss the project design details, we were greeted with professionalism and a smiles, as together with his team, they showed us 2 kitchen options on display. They explained the differences between modern, transitional and traditional kitchen styles, while guiding us through the benefits of each kitchen display. I was impressed with her knowledge of cabinet quality, color schemes, design details, directing me towards my final style choice, as they continually asked us questions about my style preferences. Everything went as planned, on time and budget. Every updates were taken care of to our full satisfaction and in timely manner. The team care about the company reputation and customer needs. Reasonable prices, great service, highly recommended.

I’m very happy, I finally have a new kitchen thanks to Johnny and his crew. For me, the kitchen is one of the most important areas in my home, I got to confess I have a very picky family, and we´ve wanted to remodel our Kitchen for a while now. We went to many places trying to find the best materials, for the right appearance, and we were having trouble finding a place that matched our criteria. And then a friend of mine recommended me to King Home Remodeling. First of all the Customer Service was wonderful, they listened to all our ideas, Johnny came to our home, and gave us a few options based on or budget and what we wanted. I really liked the options they had, so we ended up using the King Home Remodeling team to design and renovate our kitchen. I am glad I did. Our Kitchen looks sooo beautiful, from the tile, to our cabinets, a huge makeover. The color, the texture - it looks so nice. A well needed upgrade. They did such an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them.

From beginning to end, I've been impressed with King Home Remodeling thoughtful and creative approach to the renovations we've done on our home. They are attentive to every detail and always met or exceeded our expectations. Best of all, they've been a pleasure to work with. Johnny was the project manager and his crew did a wonderful job in our kitchen/dining area and living room. They installed new cabinets, new floor and paint the entire place. Also on our living room King Home Remodeling's crew created an amazing oasis where my family and friends can enjoy some bonding time. I wouldn't hire anyone else to work on my home other than these guys.

It all started as a regular kitchen remodel but by talking to Johnny from King Home Remodeling and discusing the designs, our plans were changing and it turned into nearly complete house makeover. This made the space more usable for our purpose. They made our closed up and dark house more open and airy. We decided go with King Home Remodeling because of their attention to the details and their suggestions and patience which we weren’t getting from other companies. It was very easy to work with Johnny and the whole crew, they were responsive and always answered our concerns and questions. I appreciated that during the project period the King Home Remodeling construction crew were always the same people working in our house which made us feel safer because they knew what was going on and we didn’t have strangers coming and going. The crew consistently left the house clean and they were cautious with moving things around. We had a very good experience with King Home Remodeling, we appreciated all the care to details. Jerry and the crew helped us create our dream home in real life.

We came to King Home Remodeling with a need to re-design and renovate our bathroom room into a configuration to include a laundry and mud room with accessibility and safety being the priority. Given the space was oddly laid out and space limited, it took some creativity. Also, we needed to modify our powder room bathroom and 1 upstairs bathroom to suit the special needs person however keeping home integrity. Tall order. Ryan and company delivered incredible results! We cannot review them high enough. The contractors used were professional and friendly. They were professional tradesman, and real artists in their work. Ryan managed the project skillfully and timely. For families looking to invest in their homes for bang on results, look no further. We found this company on yelp and opted to believe in others reviews. So grateful we did!

This was our very first remodeling project and we are very happy and lucky that we hired King Home Remodeling, mainly because we didn’t know where even to start. Our remodeling project was to do a very wide and gorgeous remodeling of our master bathroom which went smooth and stress free. Johnny was great in planning, designing and executing stages. The quality of the remodeling work is beyond exceptional while all the problems were addressed and solved right away. During the work, we were always informed about any progress of the work. This made us feel happy and assertive during the whole work process. We strongly recommend King Home Remodeling and we will hire them again in the future!
