The reason we are giving Tobias Design a 5 star rating is quite simple- the website doesn’t allow us to give a 10 star rating!!! Nancy and Lauren of Tobias Design designed our dream kitchen and worked with us to the absolute finish line. We had a vision- they made it happen. With every step of the way, they guided, they advised, and most importantly, they listened. The result is nothing short of perfection. Now, after several months of our completed dream project, we can say for certain that we are beyond thrilled. Feedback from family and friends who enjoy our three room transformation is incredible! (We are so proud!) Get togethers, holidays, delicious meals, and bread and cookies prepared with love are priceless- thanks to an amazing journey with Tobias Design!

I partnered with Tobias Design for the renovation of my main bathroom. Throughout the project, my designer Nancy demonstrated extensive expertise and maintained a high level of professionalism. Nancy offered valuable advice on selecting fixtures, choosing tiles, coordinating color schemes, and overcoming design obstacles. Her depth of experience was instrumental in bringing my vision for my new bathroom to life. Nancy was consistently pleasant to work with and remained easily accessible by text, email, or phone whenever I had questions or concerns. Lauren designed our kitchen, laundry, mudroom, and powder room renovation. Before we met with Lauren we really were at a loss for how we wanted to change our space, but Lauren completely transformed those rooms in our home. She incorporated inspiration and designs we saw online and modeled everything to fit our space. She went above and beyond helping us navigate unexpected challenges during construction and modifications. Lauren also connected us with an excellent contractor who completed our project. We are so happy with the final product and highly recommend Tobias Design.

I feel lucky to have worked with Lauren Stewart from Tobias Design. Firstly she is the nicest, sweetest person. Secondly she is an awesome and talented designer! She designed the primary bathroom in our townhome which is not easy given the restrictions. We worked together to make selections and she made excellent suggestions along the way always taking our taste into account. Thirdly she coordinated with the contractor and all the suppliers in every precise detail from ordering to delivery. She came personally for the deliveries as well. I cannot recommend her enough!

I'am rather late in posting this review but I highly recommend Tobias Design if you are considering a kitchen renovation. Nancy was a pleasure to work with. She held my hand from start to finish. My new kitchen is fabulous and a pleasure to cook my favorite meals. Again, I strongly recommend Tobias Design LLC.

Tobias helped design and execute a complete renovation of our master bath. Lauren found an excellent contractor and provided contacts with a variety of reliable suppliers. The modest fee charged for her services was a fine investment. She was easy to work with, dependable, and a good partner in a complicated project. Highly recommend.

Nancy was a pleasure to work with. She was great with communication and very patient with me and my gazillion questions. She was great at thinking through the design and considering potential problems and coming up with solutions for those problems. Tobias design connected me with amazing vendors to complete the project from my contractor to the countertops. Ultimately, I ended up with my dream kitchen. It is absolutely beautiful and I could not be happier.

We had the good fortune to work with Nancy at Tobias Design to remodel our kitchen in 2023, having built our home over 25 years ago. Our result is a beautiful kitchen that is a joy to cook in, with a steady stream of compliments from family and friends. This review is especially for the well-organized, spatially aware homeowner who is not sure they “need” to work with a designer. Nancy offered excellent design advice while respecting and accommodating my personal needs, her attention to detail in planning the cabinet layout and fit was meticulous, assuring that the layout would work in reality, as well as on paper. Nancy's expertise includes representing a selection of vetted cabinetry lines that offer function and high quality. After two years of Thanksgiving preparations the effect of high quality cabinets can not be overstated- they are both aesthetically pleasing and, because they are so well built, can accommodate significant storage, essentially increasing your kitchen’s capacity. Nancy was always available to discuss fine points and she was extremely helpful in helping us select and work with our contractor. I have recommended her without reservation to many of my friends, one of whom is currently working with Tobias Design on a Master Bath renovation!

My experience working with Lauren was absolutely wonderful! It was my first major renovation and I needed my hand held every step of the way. Lauren was super friendly and approachable, extremely knowledgeable, offered very helpful insight and suggestions while at the same time allowing me to create the vision I wanted to achieve for my renovation.
