We hired Kitchen & Bath Mart to remodel our kitchen and could not be happier with the outcome! My husband and I had consulted with three other companies before finding KB Mart as a walk-in. We found their design plans and ideas to be far superior than that of the other three companies. Our designer George was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient at guiding us through all the decisions to be made. We were also very happy with the installation team whose workmanship is top notch. The folks at Kitchen & Bath Mart really know their stuff!

Joe and his team did a tremendous job with our entire kitchen renovation. The before/after difference was like night and day. Joe himself was instrumental to the success of the project. We went to Kitchen & Bath Mart just to get some ideas for the renovation of our late 1980's bathroom. We were greeted by one of the owners, Joe Dhamer. After walking the showroom for awhile and seeing the top quality and amazing options that were available, we knew we were in the right place. Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were aiming for! His crew from start to finish were amazing. The quality of workmanship and their ability and eye for detail was unbelievable. They went above and beyond! We couldn't be happier and want to thank Joe, Dennis and their great team of people for a job well done!!

We couldn’t be happier with our complete kitchen remodel! From the time we just “stopped by” to check out K&B Mart, to meeting Joe, to setting up a design, to meeting their master carpenter (who is a machine and can do it ALL) to our finished kitchen it turned out beautifully! Our experience in recently working with Kitchen & Bath Mart was excellent! This business knows how to work as an experienced team from the beginning to the end of the project. We needed to give our kitchen and bath area a face lift without a full rehab. Kitchen & Bath Mart was willing to accommodate both work zones as needed and they gave us full attention just as if we had a larger remodel. Sharyn and Doris aided us in design ideas from the beginning, showing us various materials as possibilities to use. Owners, Joe and Dennis, were both flexible, friendly, and reassuring by taking the time to explain the process along with various options; giving detailed quotes; and being on the job site before, during, and after the project was complete. Our installers were "spot on" with the quality of their work. Both Robert and Ile are experienced tradesmen with years of work behind them; made evident by their excellent finished work quality. Tommy was prompt with delivery and clean up of materials throughout the project, leaving no debris behind. Any questions that we had were always promptly answered by any of the named personnel above. Sophie, the office manager, was helpful in keeping us updated about time frames, work procedures, and in tracking down any questions or information needed once the project began. Kitchen & Bath Mart is a "well oiled machine" with years of experience and in working so well together as a team to satisfy the homeowner's remodeling needs. Accommodating homeowners, no matter what the scale of the project or age of the house, was a huge bonus for our project. Their attention to detail exceeded expectations. They explored every possible option to allow us to get every feature that we wanted, and some that we hadn't even considered. It was clear from the beginning that they understand the importance of being thematically correct for our historic Chicago bungalow, and accommodated our special requests like reusing a Hoosier cabinet that was original to the home. They have their own contractors, but were happy to allow us to bring in our own, and still provided site visits and follow-up during construction.

We first used K & B in 2001 for a Great Room addition and 2 bathroom redo. We found Joseph Dhamer very helpful with ideas and ordered cabinets and an Ultra Thermo-masseur from them. We were very pleased with the results. We were doing a kitchen face-lift in the summer of 2016 and wanted a laminate counter top with no seam in the corner. The Big Box store could not deliver after 2 attempts. We went to the K & B in Palatine to seek out other options. Sharyn Mann came to our rescue. K & B had a local fabricator who could meet our desires and time constraints. Recently a faucet developed a drip and needed a replacement stem. The manufacturer was out of business. We went to K & B to seek a replacement faucet. Joseph was at the store and I thought I recognized him from 2001. He understood our problem and knew the faucet we had. He thought he may have a part. He did and we were able to keep the fixture as it matched the rest of the fixtures. The products we have purchased from K & B we have been very pleased with. The installation they did in the kitchen in 2016 was very professional and and the workmanship excellent. I would highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Mart.

My wife and I had our master bathroom remodeled by Kitchen & Bath Mart a few years ago. We recently needed a new rubber gasket for the shower head, and were unable to locate one despite trips to at least 4-5 hardware stores (including the 'Big Boxes'). We then called Joe Dhamer at K&B Mart, who promptly and professionally went to our files from the original purchase, obtained the required part, and delivered it to our home. This exemplary service and customer support were consistent with our past experiences with this vendor. Kitchen & Bath Mart know their products very, very well but more importantly understand that their success begins and ends with customer satisfaction. We have been more than satisfied with Joe and the folks at Kitchen & Bath Mart and would highly recommend them for any new construction or remodeling job.

Kitchen & Bath Mart was our choice for two projects, a bathroom rehab, down to the studs, and a complete make over of our kitchen/living room/dining room area, also taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt. The second project included all new appliances (purchased separately from ABT) new cabinets and counter tops and hardwood flooring through out the entire area. Plumbing and electrical were also included in the scope of work. Both projects were completed on time and with a very high quality of workmanship. We also received design assistance from K & B that really improved our original thoughts on how to use the space. Lastly, like any project of this size, there were a few unexpected glitches and a couple of warranty items after the projects were completed. K& B handled all of them in a professional fashion. Our bathroom remodel turned out to be a very pleasant experience. We selected Kitchen & Bath Mart based on a neighbor's recommendation, several visits to the showroom and discussions with George Ceasar. We were impressed with the company's knowledge of their products and their integrity displayed during our discussions. George guided us through many product decisions and had a grasp of detail that we very much appreciated. Some of George's recommendations included: Floor plan to better utilize shower, tub and toilet areas Tile for walls and floor with tile pattern for the floor that is repeated on the wall area Shower with clear doors and ledge and matching shower tile Cabintry with tower and lovely quartz countertop and tub surround Sufficient lighting throughout bathroom We also wanted to insure that all materials chosen were easy to keep clean! The installation team was knowledgeable and thorough- they were artists! The installation team had a high regard for detail and that was evident in the finished product. We appreciated the oversight that was provided by George and the general contractor during frequent visits to the job site to insure that all work was being done according to the plans. Any time a question arose, we were involved in all discussions and decisions. The job site was left very clean every evening and was thoroughly clean upon completion of the project. Our project was completed according to budget. We asked for a small additional amount of tile work and that was completed and billed fairly. A great company with great people!

Kitchen & Bath Mart did a complete remodel of our master bathroom. This included shower & surround, tub, sinks, and cabinets. They were easy to work with, presented great ideas, and we're responsive to our needs. The workmen were neat, timely, and were craftsmen of the highest quality. Out project turned out great.
