We so appreciate what Jodi and KitchenVisions designed for our full kitchen remodel. When we purchased our house a couple decades ago, we had the kitchen redone for a busy family at that time. Now in 2026 we decided to transform our kitchen and adjacent sitting room - modernizing the space to match what we want next in our life at home. KitchenVisions led all phases for selecting the floor, cabinets, tile, stone, lighting and more. We went with custom cabinetry as a perfect fit. Jodi found backsplash tile that is an amazing look and we secured it as a limited edition. We had an expanse of wall behind the new island that needed something, and Jodi came up with the brilliant idea to expose parts of the brick from the hidden chimney and turn it into striking bookshelves as well as a place for our cookbooks. We upgraded all the appliances to include an induction stove and a speed oven. Jodi worked seamlessly with our contractor and was fully available for decisions and to problem solve. KitchenVisions achieved exactly what we were envisioning for our new kitchen and we love it!

I initially came across Kitchen Visions led by Jodi Swartz while researching designers on the Houzz web site. Jodi stood out in the way she described her design process. We wanted a designer who would listen to us, add her analysis and expertise, and provide comprehensive guidance for our renovation project. Jodi's project binders were a constant reference that kept everyone moving forward in the same direction. The design that she applied to our kitchen, mudroom, and bathrooms was a true synthesis of form and function. Jodi is an excellent listener/ communicator and she continually impressed us by elevating our ideas and preferences so that the end results are visually striking, and perfectly operational. Jodi is passionate about her work and extremely knowledgeable about everything that goes into bringing a renovation or construction project to fruition. Furthermore, Jodi has a vast network of contacts and we found that for every element of the project there was a point person to assist us with what we needed. Our finished renovation exceeds our expectations. Our 1947 colonial has been transformed and we are thrilled! Everyone who enters our home comments about the quality of design, materials, and craftsmanship. We can honestly say that we are extremely pleased with every choice that was made and we tell everyone that the most important decision we made was to work with Kitchen Visions and Jodi!

We have had the pleasure of working with Jodi twice - first when we renovated our kitchen several years ago, most recently on the renovation of our two condo bathrooms. We loved the results of our kitchen renovation so much that when it was time to tackle the bathrooms, there was no question that we wanted to work with Jodi again. Jodi is a true talent. She has an incredible eye and a wonderful sense of color, and somehow, with just one suggestion, she can completely transform the look and feel of a room. She is creative, experienced, knowledgeable and patient. She also really listens to her clients and understands how to combine their ideas and preferences with her own expertise. We love our two bathroom renovations. The finished spaces are beautiful and feel very much like us. We would recommend Jody without reservation and feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her again.

We recently completed a kitchen and bath renovation with KitchenVisions (KV). While we started out optimistic, by the end, we were very disappointed.

Jodi and her team at KitchenVisions blend design, architecture, and project management in rare fashion. Having worked in the industry on many high end builds over the past couple of years I can say that this is exactly who you want running point on your project. She connects the dots unlike other design teams (usually the weakest link in the build chain) and makes sure everyone's aligned and pulling in the right direction. She'll collaborate with you to incorporate your taste and needs into her designs and has a keen eye for space optimization and cost-efficient improvements. She understands value, when to spring for better materials, and where you can cut back without compromising too much. On our last renovation, Jodi effectively did the work of a designer, architect, and engineer (our engineer skinned over her drawings in an afternoon and charged me 10k). Jodi masterfully carved up our 1,400 sq ft lower level into incredible space. We now have a playroom for our daughter, another primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, a hybrid office/bedroom, full bathroom, and a laundry closet with storage. She even incorporated storage in three unique areas under our new staircase to make sure we maximized our precious sq ft. She did all this while still maintaining a 1 car garage out front with room for a workbench and refrigerator. Jodi transformed our house from a starter home into a forever home; We could not be more pleased and I'm happy to recommend her every chance I get.

It was a lot fun working with Jodi on our kitchen/powder room/mud room renovation. A talented designer that recognizes it is your home, not hers, she helps develop your dream with creative ideas that draw on her extensive experience. Her exceptional command of construction details kept us from pursuing concepts that could not be easily or cost effectively implemented. Jodi is easy to work with, is readily accessible during all phases of the project and ensures the project moves along on time. She is a professional who seems to truly love what she does. We are very pleased with the outcome of our project and highly recommend her. If you are considering a major kitchen/bath project, it would be a mistake to not at least talk with Jodi.

We were so glad to find Jodi and the Kitchen Visions team to assist with a primary suite renovation! Our 1935 home lacked usable closet space and had a small, dated bathroom in need of updating. Jodi helped guide us through both bedroom and bathroom space planning and produced drawings for multiple options to let us best reconfigure our suite - all while being mindful of cost and scope. She also guided us through contractor and vendor selection, which was especially helpful since this was our first project of this scale. No detail is too small for her, which is so important in making a space as functional as possible without over-building or over-designing. Thank you Jodi!

KitchenVisions was a dream to work with as we planned and executed a kitchen, half-bath, full bath and laundry room reno.
