Klapprodt Pools

We were pleased with the construction of our new Klapprodt Pool. From the design phase to the construction and start up the communications were excellent. Workmanship was excellent as well. Anyone looking to build a pool should consider Klapprodt Pools.

Klapprodt built a pool of exceptional quality and superb craftsmanship. All personnel were extremely professional and courteous. High recommendations for Klapprodt Pools.

Very expensive and not worth the price. We were customers for 3 years but got fed up when they charged $120 to send a technician out to just LOOK at a malfunctioning pump that the pool cleaner (a different Klapprodt employee) had diagnosed as faulty. The quote they gave to repair it was $600 more than the second quote we received from someone else. Rediculous. Fired. Previously had them repair valves and actuators, two of which needed to be re-repaired within the year.

The Klapprodt Pools family and team has been a pleasure to work with for many years. I have visited their showroom several times and have worked with all there to assist them in providing their customers with the best in project management using Pool Pro Office.
