It was wonderful working with the Arcaro & Larussa company as they could see and understand the vision that my wife and I had for the home that we desired, and they delivered upon that vision at the price we desired to pay.

The Arcaro and LaRussa Company is a premium builder. Neither Krista nor Rodney miss a detail from the planning stages thru completion of the build on their clients homes. I have had the pleasure of providing construction mortgage financing for many of their clients. They provide all I need from them for qualification thru the finalization of our mutual clients new home construction promptly upon request. Smooth financing makes for a smooth building process- happy clients are our mutual goal!

We worked with Krista LaRussa from Aracaro & LaRussa Co. This was our first time building a home and felt that our experience was very positive. We decided to go with this company for several reasons: 1) We were able to see several houses that they have built and we felt the quality was very good and their pricing was very reasonable and 2) we did not have to hire an architect but was able to use one of their plans. However, they were quite flexible with that plan...we were able to make some adjustments based on our needs. 3) I had conversations with Krista well before we ever met and before we decided to build and she was provided great advise for the process of choosing a lot to build on (we were looking to purchase our own lot in Clintonville). We are very pleased with our new home! It is perfect for us and I believe the quality is top notch. Krista was very responsive to our questions and concerns (and very patient). We were pleased that we were able to choose everything from which manufacturer company of windows we wanted, what manufacturer of cabinets and style, to bathroom fixtures and lightening. One negative (which accounts for 4 stars instead of 5): There was an issue with the sewer line and the placement of that line at the bottom of the basement steps. We were not told ahead of time that the line would be placed there. It is something that was not determined until the time the sewer line was dug. The main issue was with the narrow width of the lot and the line could not be placed next to the water line on the other side of the house.. Our main complaint was that we just were not told ahead of time. Overall, I would highly recommend this company and would hire them to build us another house if we were to ever build again.

Krista and her team were great to work with! Krista showed professionalism and flexibility throughout the entire process. She was very easy to work with, and I feel very confident that she helped us get every possible value out of our dollar!

I would highly recommend Premier Living Homes to anyone. They have been wonderful and highly accommodating with any and all items we have wished for as we have built our new home. I love that they have high quality, high end designs, but also help you keep it affordable. Their design team is wonderful with assisting to make your new home exactly the look and feel you want it to have, and they take your personal style and help guide you to all the perfect choices you will love from tile to flooring to paint colors, etc. If you ever have a concern or question about your home they return calls, emails, and texts very promptly. I most love that being a highly detailed person, myself, that they caught any areas that needed to be changed or added to even before I said anything. New home, custom build. Went out of their way to insure we received what we wanted. Extremely satisfied with their service and would choose again if needed.

We built our new custom home with Premier. The projected was completed in line with the time expectations. The flexibility to adjust through the new build process was appreciated and for the most part things went smoothly. Krista was very responsive to our questions and needs and Premier worked with us on some last minute adjustments. The big disappointment we had was with our hardwood floors. Premier did thier part in taking care of the problem but it took about a year after we moved into get the floor right. The original contractors did not allow enough dry time on the floor sealents between coatings allowing the sealant to crack which damaged the floor appearance. Premier worked with the vendor/contractor to correct the problem but it just took time.

From the first moments we began working with Krista and the team at Premier Living Homes, we knew we had made the right choice. They were transparent about their work, offering multiple references, and we were even able to visit homes of previous clients. It should be noted that Premier Living Homes received glowing reviews from those customers as well. Through multiple iterations of plans and debates about the finishes in our home, Krista was patient and professional, offering insight based on both her experience and on our needs. She took the time to understand us as a family and ask what we wanted to do with the space. She never shied away from telling us if something wasn't a good idea, and she always had an alternative that was better suited for our needs. When we received our final plans, the result was beyond our expectations. We're in the building process right now, but to this point, our experience has been phenomenal. We're incredibly pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the team at Premier Living Homes, but what really sets them apart is the personal touch. They get to know their clients, and when we call or email with a question, we always get a personal response and we never have to wait. If you're building a home in Central Ohio, whether big or small, you won't find a builder better suited for your project than Premier Living Homes.
