My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I love watching how you make older homes into beautiful modern home without loosing its older charm. The colors you use are classic and will forever stay in style. I absolutely love seeing the finished product. Amazing work!!!

Comment from KLLP Home Services LLC:
Thank You So much! It is important to our designers to preserve the timelessness of older homes while enhancing the modern living lifestyle. Also as a Realtor it is important to keep a pulse on the market trends for future re sale of the properties we embellish. Look forward to future projects with you!

Kim has such a natural ability for design, space relations, colors and how to make a space feel like it’s finally home. The attention to detail blew me away as well. I would never have thought of half the special touches that Kim adds to her designs, that really finish the project and bring all of its beauty and charm out. Kim is a high class business woman that is knowledgeable in running a business, making her customers feel at ease and they know that Kim is available to them. If you want to work with the best, then call Kim at KLLP Home Services!

I am a designer for 3 Day Blinds, which is a custom window treatment manufacturer. I worked with Kim on her home where we did some beautiful soft roman and cellular shades in her main living space and bedrooms. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Her design sense and knowledge of the industry made our decisions very easy. More than that we had a wonderful time bonding over design! Kim really knows her stuff! I can't wait to work with her again!
