Horrible builders in our opionion! Took over 2 years to be half way complete with our home! They failed to provide work for over $90,000 in building costs that we paid KLM in advance with a draw process. There was a complete lack of project management . They were very unorganized and constant delays again due to lack of management . We had to get a lawyer to fire them. CLIENTS BEWARE! They don’t even deserve any stars. ZERO

KLM makes the most beautiful custom homes, they are a very professional family owned business. They will go above and beyond to make your visions come to life. I highly recommend KLM for your future custom home.

This family owned business is terrific! If you are looking for someone who has integrity and attention to detail and just a joy to work with..the KLM team are your people. We came with the idea of a modern/contemporary/farmhouse...and they designed and built our beautiful home - it way beyond what we had imagined! The whole process was effortless and extremely well done. The home went on schedule and remained within our budget. You just can't do any better than KLM!

KLM completed our home in April 2015. To say they exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! More than two years later we are still in love with this home! We had very specific ideas about what we wanted to create and our budget. They took everything we said and turned it into a reality. KLM had creative ways to achieve certain high-end looks and styles we wanted while staying cognizant of our budget . In fact, they spent a great deal of time finding readily available materials and products to use in our home and never once tried to "up sell" or extend our set budget. (if you've ever built a home, you know this is rare!) Most importantly, quality was ALWAYS top of mind to KLM during our build and was never compromised. Two years later, I can say we have a product that not only looks stunning, but is structurally first-class. Over the course of the build, we had the opportunity to work with the entire team at KLM, and every single person is creative, solutions-oriented and did everything in their power to build something special for us. KLM treated us like their own family (in fact when the builder found out our kids had been playing in a dirt pile his guys had to spread out and use for the build, he brought them another one! Just for fun!) KLM made our build enjoyable and memorable! We plan to use KLM for future projects of our own and would certainly recommend anyone getting ready to build to sit down with their team and let them show you what they can do. Very thankful to the entire KLM family for building our dream home.

Home builder?... more like home wrecker! The most terrible experience ever. KLM has poor communication and gives false promises. Very unprofessional and sketchy. They started the nightmare project (residential home) that took longer than 2 years using the wrong architectural plans.

Clients BEWARE! We've been working with KLM for several months on a home and there are so many things wrong with the build itself and KLMs customer service, it's hard to know where to start. If you are thinking about hiring them to remodel or build you a home, feel free to message me and I'll let you know what to watch out for.

I have been working with KLM Homes for 2 years and can't say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail in building and designing their homes. I have worked with KLM Custom Homes for approximately 10 years and have always admired the values they have such as quality, integrity and customer satisfaction.

We purchased a five acre lot and literally from the ground up, KLM Custom Homes was involved in the building of our new home. It has turned out to be a beautiful showplace of which we are very proud. Matt Jones had many innovative ideas and excellent suggestions to make everything just that much better. Additions and changes were taken in stride. The crew that built the house was amazing from the framing to the custom cabinetry and built in bookcases to the smallest detail. The subs for the most part were professional and very good. Our main house is about 2,400 with an additional fully enclosed, a/c and heated sunroom adding an additional 300 sf. We have a separate two car garage with an apartment overhead that has been turned into a tricked out man cave. This garage under the man cave has a painted floor and a/c and is used, in addition to parking his truck, for working out, playing ping pong, etc. We added a good sized shed for equipment that also houses our well water processing tank. An outdoor kitchen with all the bells and whistles is also included in our backyard which is great to kick back in. We have three septics, which was mandated by the county, and a 780' well. When you are taking on a task such any type of construction, it is imperative that you have someone that you can trust and that you know will do what it takes to make it right. I would highly recommend KLM Custom Homes to anyone looking for a contractor.

I wanted to downsize, but still have a quality home. The end result is a well constructed energy efficient home built by KLM Custom Homes. I'm extremely pleased with the house and recommend KLM without reservation.

I contracted with KLM Custom Homes to complete a roof replacement. They worked closely with me and my insurance so that I felt that I got the best deal. Everyone showed up on time and the job was completed in the timeframe that I was originally quoted. I have also used them for a couple other smaller projects and they completed the work in a professional manner.

KLM Homes built my house and we hope to never have to move!!!!! I have a close friend who builds multi-million dollar condos and he saw my house being constructed and told me that it was being done top quality. You want KLM!!!!
