Kodiak Construction

We hired Kodiak Construction & had a signed contract & the day we were supposed to start they called at 8a to say they made an error & the job would cost an additional $8k. We were devastated. We tried to compromise on the quality of the composite & reduced the size of our project but KODIAK would not compromise even though the estimate error was made by their team. HORRIBLE. DO NOT HIRE KODIAK!

Kodiak construction gave me a very good price, and arrived on time as scheduled. I gave them the dimensions for a u-shaped concrete slab, and it was built exactly to size. They really took their time getting it right. The surface of the slab is perfect. I would happily use them again.

Kodiak expertise is unequalled - plain & simple. Highly reliable, good communication, always pleasant, great attention to detail & a crew comprised of real artists who clearly take great pride in their work - it shows in my finished project. I got 'old world' quality for a reasonable price, timely done. I will hire them next spring for the backyard - my neighbors already have. My job involved a long driveway w/ wrap-around walks & they demo'd in tight areas w/o a speck of damage to structures, trees, street. We did diamond cuts, salt finish w/ plain border - Come see it - it's beautiful! My highest recommendation & deep thanks to Dave, Mike & the entire crew - great guys all ! Laura & Addie my pup too.

Excellent company! Showed up when they said they would, and delivered an exceptional product. Kodiak built an new walkway and driveway for us with a diamond pattern and salt finish. Our neighbors walk by and stop to stare. Cant say enough good about this company!

We are so pleased with the finished product by Kodiak Construction. We are thoroughly satisfied...from our initial meeting, through the planning stages, to the completed product. Michael and David were so patient and helpful during the planning stages. We felt confident that the job would be done thoroughly and with perfection...it was. They installed a large patio as well as a sidewalk around the perimeter of the backyard. It's a beautiful addition to our property. They came to work when they said they would. They responded promptly with any questions or concerns we had regarding the project. The area was left clean each day. The finished project is absolutely gorgeous, functional and as desired.
