I appreciated the approach utilized by Kourtney, Terra, and Emma. They took time to understand my own preferences, were excellent in design, suggesting, and procuring the various items to pull it all together. It's obvious they have a deliberate method to deliver! Invoicing and project communications were excellent. In all, it's clear these individuals (LuDA) work well together to deliver a turn-key household. Exactly what I needed. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Terra and Kortney transformed our house in such a creative and unexpected way. They were able to repurpose virtually all our furniture in such practical but very decorative ways. For example, we have an old handmade dresser that I was sure would be scrapped. They placed it in what is now my favorite room and used it for plants and nick-knacks . Terra and Kortney were very professional - they listened closely and offered options that we would never have considered that ended up being perfect color choices and fits. Additionally, there were very conscientious about our budgetary needs. The cost of the decorative furnishings were reasonable and have added such coziness and livability to our spaces and we really I love all the plants and trees they used as furnishings. We plan to use them again when we complete two more rooms. I highly recommend them to make some amazing transformations to any living space you want to freshen up or transform.

My husband and I are so thrilled with what LuDa has done for us. Our house has turned in to our dream home thanks to LuDa. Working with Terra and Kortney is like working with two of your best friends who go above and beyond to make sure that our home is exactly what we envisioned, and they always make us feel like we are their only client. I know that they are invested in the outcome, the process and every single detail. The transformation has been truly a joy. I will never work with another interior design group, and honestly will be sad when the last piece is in place--but also so EXCITED for our comfy classic and beautiful home to be complete.

Kourtney and Terra were tasked with staging our home for future sale. Both are affable, pleasant, easy to work with, and flexible. After the 1st visit, they presented a list of recommended changes. Together we reviewed the changes and found them practical and well thought out. We agreed to make most of the changes which were in our budget. The changes were transforming and they made our home very appealing. Their pricing is very reasonable and their service effective. We are pleased we found them and hired them for staging our home. These two ladies are amazing angels! On time under budget. Whoever heard of a designer being on time and under budget? And they have so much heart. The nicest big hearted duo that does a great job. My project wasn’t huge and they made me feel like I was their only client and it was the most important job on the planet.

We can't speak highly enough about our experience working with Kortney and Terra. They make a truly extraordinary team! They are thorough and detail oriented yet also creative and imaginative. They took the blank canvas of our project and created an extremely cool home that is also cozy, warm and welcoming. Kortney is the BEST! She is very easy to work with and listens to your ideas. She makes sure she meets you where you are at and able to accommodate your greatest desires for your house. I met Terra and Kortney through mutual friends and we clicked instantly. I wanted to create a space at home that reflected my tastes, and decided to hire them after a wonderful consultation. Their work truly shines, and I feel that I finally have a place in Colorado to call home.

Terra and Kortney bring a positive attitude, a passion for their work and truly make the process smooth and easy. Which is exactly what we needed! With so much on the market today, it’s easy to get overwhelmed – but their creative ideas, unique sourcing options and incredible team they work with - we knew we were in good hands. Both my husband and I work full time and with 2 young children it was important that we hired a team we trusted, is mindful of our budget, listens to our wants & needs and sometimes, will even help mediate when my husband and I don’t agree . We are on our second project with Terra and Kortney. We originally reached out to have them help us with organization, but quickly ended up hiring them to arrange our furniture, pick paint colors and help with overall design for our home. They helped us repurpose what we already had to make an inviting home everywhere you looked. Little tweaks to our house made all the difference! As much as we loved our home, we knew our family was out growing it and it was time to move. When we finally found our perfect second home, we contacted them immediately. Although we don’t close for a few weeks, this dynamic duo has already toured the home, taken measurements, met with vendors and created mood boards with all of our ideas cohesively put together. The paint selections we were struggling with before hiring them – again, was made simple by their mood boards and samples. I was really worried because the home we are buying has odd dimensions and the placement of the fireplace is peculiar…but their design ideas totally nailed it. We can’t wait to move into our new home and finally have “grown up” furniture, a place for our family to connect and the outdoor living we’ve always dreamed about. There’s no question, we would highly recommend Terra & Kortney for any project big or small…you won’t be disappointed.

Five stars from us! Kortney and Terra made our first experience using designers a wonderful one. My husband and I have very clear ideas of what we like, but just couldn’t create a space on our own to showcase our taste. After walking through our home with Kortney and Terra, they were able to come up with several cohesive options for us and we fell in love with them all. We were able to choose one and the rest couldn’t have been easier. They were able to use some furniture and decor that we already owned but infused it with reasonably priced beautifully appointed pieces. We initially thought we would just have them come up with design and layout options but ended up having them do it all. They took care of finding the items, making sure they were good prices, ordered, and tracked all shipments. It was like walking into our vision. Thank you! Thank you!
