We Have hired Yuriy on two projects, our kitchen backsplash and our new master bath floor & shower. My wife and I are impressed with Yuriy's quality of work, reliability and professionalism. Yuriy was willing to hear and accommodate our homeowner ideas and to provide attractive and reasonable alternatives where he felt it was appropriate. We believe that our bath turned out even nicer as a result of his input. Yuriy communicated well throughout the project, so that we understood when & why work would, or would not be happening. Every schedule commitment Yuriy made, he met, and to the upfront project quote. We love the quality of work in our bath (consistent grout work, surface appearance - even with bowed 5x16 subway tile, and cleanliness). We would hire or recommend Yuriy again without hesitation.

I have now worked with Yuriy on two projects in our home, one bathroom remodel and retiling our front entryway. Yuriy is everything you would want in a contractor. He shows up when he says he'll be here. He works quickly and finishes on time. He has exceptional attention to detail, and we're incredibly happy with the work. He is very affordable and a pleasure to work with! We will continue to use Kozac for all of our remodel needs in the future!

Yuriy and his team were the best contractors we worked with during our complete kitchen and bathroom remodels. Very professional, great advice and straight forward answers. We left for a long weekend and came back to beautiful work in our kitchen, baths & fireplace surround, and a worksite that was more clean than when we left.
