Kristi and her team at Gracehill truly exceeded our expectations while helping us transform our new home into the ideal setting for our family. Amid a cross-country move and anticipating the arrival of a new baby, they made the process incredibly smooth for us. They provided a comprehensive design plan, coordinated with manufacturers and construction personnel, liaised with vendors, and kept us informed every step of the way. Kristi even arranged babysitters when we were in urgent need! Despite the challenges posed by post-COVID supply chains, she went above and beyond, securing temporary furnishings for our various life events, ensuring a seamless experience. The final outcome was a beautiful, functional setup designed for living and entertaining, robust enough to withstand the rigors of a household bustling with children and their friends. This is the epitome of top-tier design service.

Grace Hill has been fabulous to work with! Our experience has been truly wonderful because of their attention to detail and thoroughness. Grace Hill helped us to design and remodel our lake home’s kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, owner’s suite, grandchildren’s loft and guest rooms. During the remodeling, Kristi and her staff were able to work seamlessly with our preferred contractor. After the remodel, Grace Hill designed and furnished all of the rooms beautifully to our vision and made sure to give us plenty of time and options to make the right decisions. We had such a wonderful experience with Grace Hill that we have asked them to work on another project. We wholeheartedly recommend Grace Hill, Kristi and her team!!

Kristi and the Team at Grace Hill have been wonderful to work with over the last few years. She has transformed our home on Lake Minnetonka with fresh ideas for furniture, fabrics, artwork, tile, cabinetry, and accessories. Her design process is efficient but not rushed and she provides great visuals to help envision the finished project. We really appreciated the contractors she brought to our projects and how she coordinated materials and schedule to make it seamless & timely. I would highly recommend them! The Grace Hill store in Wayzata is also worth visiting. It's filled with loads of unique and practical gift ideas and accessories.

I can't rave enough about the quality of customer service and personal touches that Grace Hill Design provides. The owner, Kristi Patterson, came over and styled everything so perfectly when my furniture arrived - it was so easy and they worked around my schedule completely. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars!

For the past two years, we have been working with Grace Hill. It has been a joy and a pleasure. From fresh ideas, attention to details and meticulous follow up they have been amazing. I could write a lengthy review, but in the end it comes down to this … 1) I felt cared about, listened to, and felt as if I was their only client despite them having many. 2) smile every time I look into one of the many rooms “we” designed & lastly, every last penny was worth their expertise, customer service & friendly smiles.

We worked with Kristi and her team at Grace Hill from the initial consultation, design, selection and installation of furniture and accessories for our living room and dining room refresh in the spring and summer of 2019. We were so delighted with the attention to detail and focus on the customer experience shown by everyone at Grace Hill. Every promise made was met or exceeded. We needed to have everything done for two big events, a neighborhood gathering and a wedding shower. They had everything done and in place ready to dazzle our guests. We have had many friends over to our home and they all comment on the beautiful new look.. Several have mentioned that they will be shopping in Wayzata and Grace Hill in the future.
