Havenkraft - Tacoma Remodel Contractor

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Work and Truly Professional Team! We recently had Havenkraft completely transform our mudroom/laundry room and our primary bathroom, and the results exceeded every expectation. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and high-quality. Kris was fantastic to work with on the design side. He took the time to really listen to what we wanted and offered thoughtful, practical suggestions that perfectly fit our needs and style. His input made a huge difference in creating functional, beautiful spaces we love using every day. Gabe’s craftsmanship is outstanding. His attention to detail is incredible. Everything from the tiling and finishes to the cabinetry and plumbing was done with precision and care. The work looks professional and built to last. What really stood out was their responsiveness. Anytime we had a question or needed clarification, Kris and Gabe were immediately available and happy to address it, no waiting around or excuses. That level of communication made all the difference during the project. If you’re looking for honest, skilled, and customer-focused remodelers, Havenkraft is the real deal. We couldn’t be happier and would choose them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! Thank you, Kris and Gabe at Havenkraft!

We hired Havenkraft to paint our home. This house I inherited had not been painted in quite some time and had issues with the siding that is no longer manufactured. Havenkraft matched the boards seamlessly. The caulking was top notch and helped with cold a d moisture around our windows. The paint job and deck ceiling stain was done flawlessly. All questions were answered. Any deviation from the original plan was doscussed before being done and the job was completed on time. We will be contacting Havenkraft if we have anymore projects.

Havenkraft did a very nice job remodeling my kitchen, bathroom and living room. It's been a year and I still receive compliments on how nice the project turned out. Gabe and Kris were professional throughout the entire project. Even though there were a few electrical problems that popped up, Gabe worked tiredlessly to fix and solve them. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

A year ago my house was flooded to the point of it needing significant repairs and reconstruction. I looked at several companies, and went with Havenkraft! They did not disappoint they were extremely professional, the price was very reasonable, and they did an incredible job as quickly as they could. I would definitely recommend them, they ,Kris and Gabe kept me updated every step of the way, they are awesome!

A perfect score! Great communication and follow-through. They consistently surprised us with their speed of progress and knowledge of the various components of our kitchen, bathrooms and outer porch. It seems there is nothing they can't tackle. They completed a lot of work for us including replacing beams beneath our porch, tiling two bathrooms, one of which they converted a bath to a stand-up shower. They installed fans and lighting in the bathrooms and an overhead range hood in our kitchen. They also converted our mudroom to a pantry which included relocating lights, building custom shelving and installing IKEA cabinetry on top of custom-made foundations and porcelain flooring. All of the work is top notch and the communication with the team on the projects and the financial side was excellent. I would highly recommend this team. Just leave room for us as we have a couple more projects for them to tackle in the spring.

Kris and Gabe at Havenkraft are the best! After researching local contractors and reading reviews we reached out to Kris to get a bid. They worked on our two bathroom renovations. We had them completely redo our primary vanity and shower/toilet bathroom as well as our full bathroom with tub. From the bid process to the final touches on completion it was such a pleasure working with them. They are straightforward and hardworking craftsmen. They truly care about the quality of the outcome as if it were their own home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a high quality remodel on a bathroom or kitchen. From the bid process, to selecting colors and materials everything was itemized and costed out so that we never had any surprises. Kris helped us narrow down to our final choices and our bathrooms are absolutely beautiful and functional. Every day we get to enjoy a spa like bathroom in our own house!

I recently hired Havenkraft to do a complete kitchen remodel. My experience with them was first rate! Havenkraft provided a well-thought-out design that exceeded my expectations. The project was completed on schedule and on budget. Kris kept me informed about what to expect, communicated clearly, anticipated my questions, and answered them before I could raise them. He managed the whole project beautifully. Gabe's craftsmanship is evident in every detail of his work. He paid meticulous attention to even the smallest details, ensuring a flawless finish. I absolutely love my new kitchen and would wholeheartedly recommend Havenkraft to anyone looking for a high quality and reliable contractor.

Havenkraft gave me a fair bid and stayed within the budget amount, even though there were some complications, which took more time and expertise to finish the project and they still finish the project on time. They we’re very respectful of our property and kept their work area very clean. At the end of the project, kris wanted to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the work performed and we plan on using them for more remodel projects next year. We have recommended them to several friends who are looking to do some remodeling on their homes.

Havenkraft is quality and thoroughness we trust! Chris as the contractor is also a visionary that listens well and consistently communicates throughout the remodeling process. All the the staff are as detailed and considerate as he is. Used the team in 2019 for a complete (every single room of the house) remodel and update. Called them back this summer after our hot water tank sprung a leak. Having your house in disarray is stressful and having a supportive team is the way you get through to the results you can love! “Knowledgeable, Detail oriented, Patient, and Amazing are the words that come to mind when I think of Havenkraft and the team. I approached Julie , a friend, in desperation to find a Company to repair some sheet rock in our home. Julie recommended Havenkraft highly, I called and scheduled the repair. It is clear that NOTHING is left to chance Julie recommended the PERFECT Company for the repair and the technician was Absolutely professional.

So happy with the remodel! They met their timeline and estimate. Kris communicated throughout - no unwelcome surprises. I trust their integrity completely and, most importantly, the finished rooms are just beautiful! It’s such a pleasure to come home to this lovely living room and to cook in our great (and functional!) kitchen. Highly recommend.

HavenKraft is a great company. They remodeled our kitchen and we are very happy with the results. HavenKraft's quality, integrity and workmanship is world class. We would definitely choose this company again for future home renovation!
